I’ve tried and tried and tried to give this Dunkin a chance, but I’m DONE! Not to mention whoever was working 12/24/2025 around 12:15pm YOUR ATTITUDES SUCK! The coffee is TRASH every time I go, and the bacon? COLD & disgusting, a whole order in the TRASH. Do BETTER.

My sandwich was terrible, it was cold, the bread was overcooked, the cheese wasnt melted and it had a hair in it. They also didnt give us napkins.

The selection was very limited and the service was not attentive or professional. As I walked in the front door, an employee in uniform, was sitting directly beside the door smoking pot. Horrible odor and if he wanted to get high on a break, why do so directly AT the front door? I mentioned to the two women staff once I entered, and one actually yelled from behind the counter to the employee outside, to move away from the door. I will not be returning to this location.

Me and my patient visited this location today . While looking st the menu trying to decide what we wanted the lady was rushing us saying they were on a timer . I told her nobody was behind us but she was super pushy about us hurrying up to order . The boy at the window was rude when i circled back and told him my patients food was hard and burnt . The manager remade it , seems as though she was the only nice one there .

Thats it bro...not a soul in the store took wayyyyy to long to get my simple coffee and the MFer had splenda in it...cant remember ever having a nice experience here. The weed out back smelled great pulling thru the drivethru tho...never coming back ill drive to Colony.
