Hands down the best dunkin in the area. The staff always so pleasent and welcoming. In particular the morning staff, love driving thru each morning and getting my coffee and a warm, smiling face! Shout out to Jamela(i hope i spelt that correctly) such a kind heart, makes my morning because she is just always there smiling and doing a great Job. Its crazy how a 5 second encounter with someone can impact you so much, but she truly does make my morning!
If you want your espresso flat and not get the full shot of espresso after it’s 2$ a shot and not do what it’s supposed to and get your drink not full than go here. I mean when someone orders a shot of espresso you brew it right then and there you don’t have it already brewed and just sitting there that’s how it goes bad just like your hot coffee. I use to work a Dunkin your job is not hard at all your just trying to take the easy way out and well that explains why your rating is so low. Y’all need someone who actually knows what they are doing to go in there and teach y’all how to do your jobs.

Great place and lovely people. They are always so quick!! But on this particular day, I walked in with my daughter on her birthday and immediately the manager Ria noticed she had her birthday crown on and excitingly said Happy Birthday Princess, what donut and drink would you like for your birthday. While my daughter loves Dunkin she rarely gets a drink. Tell me why folks, she made a plethora of lemonade drinks in tiny glasses and waited patiently on my daughter to try and pick which one she wanted. WOW, hospitality isn't like this anymore. Thank you Dunkin! Needless to say I am in awe of this place.

The absolute worst. Didn’t make the matcha correct, did not make the bagel correct and did not make the croissant correct. How they can be so incompetent? Ruined an entire order. Management needs to change or The Villages needs to move in companies that actually give a damn.
