The team at this location last night was working their butts Off. Shame on firehouse, corporate local whoever owns the place. These people did not have the supplies they needed to do their jobs out of food. They didn’t have proper working equipment. The toaster wasn’t working. They were getting slammed with online orders. Geez, you guys were even out of pickles and then not a single Christmas decoration in the whole entire store to be a fireman based company pretty shameful that you don’t have any Christmas decorations up, but that team was absolutely amazing. The guy working was doing amazing job leading his team and pushing through the craziness that you guys set him up trying to make them fail do better. Well, your team was definitely living up to your firehouse mission and three core pillars of hearty flavor from food. Heart fill service in public safety invest some of that into your team.

Second time this month I have been to this location and the staff obviously brings their children to work with them. Both times the children are running around, in and out of the kitchen area. This time the kid threw a marker at me as I walked through the door then was obviously sick and coughing all over the restaurant and directly on the chips that were on the shelf. Then the employee which appeared to possibly be the manager and mother of the child ask me for my order then proceeded to cough everywhere her self. Leave your children in a more appropriate environment, not in a restaurant and if you’re sick, GO HOME! I’ll be reaching out to the health board and corporate. This is unacceptable and dangerous for the child.

Went in with my husband and he ordered a large steak and cheese add jalapeño mushrooms black olives and yellow mustard no deli mustard and no onions. There were NO mushrooms and thre was hardly any of the other stuff along with a scarce amount of meat because they ran out. Then Noah offered to substitute another medium sandwich in its place. Ok that was fine. I ordered the hook and ladder with no may no deli mustard add yellow mustard. The sandwich had no lettuce no onion no tomatoes and no cheese. When calling the store I asked to speak with a manager she said ahe was her name was Christa. I explained the situation to her and she wanted to argue with me telling me that there was no way that happened. Speaking over me and trying to ask the other people there and no listening to me. She finally said well come back up here and we will remake them. We'll 30 minutes away was a bit to much so she says we'll what do you want me to do then. Not sure where this was foung so instead of getting more upset I said When I come back in I want rhe sandwiches either remade or refunded.

Waited almost 30 min!! Employee cleaning with chemicals and bleach behind the person taking our order, still asked to wait, place was dirty, like it was very short staffed. VERY disappointed! It WAS one of favs.

I ordered a tuna sub, they said they had to make some tuna. And when it came, there was very little tuna, mostly Mayo and sauce and whatever they put in it, it was disgusting. They asked if I wanted to remake it. I says, no, you had your chance.It was horrible.
Ordered online at 1:20, it said the sandwiches would be ready at 1:36. Stood there until 2:00! Not even busy. The ladies working there all had mad looks on their faces. Sat in parking lot to eat as didn't feel comfortable eating inside. My husband's sandwich was fine, mine was dripping and soaked soggy bread, SAME sandwich. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately I don’t have the option to give this store a zero. Very rude staff , starting from the manager Marlene . Very unprofessional and rude. They got an attitude towards me when I asked how much longer on my food after waiting 20 minutes and not being acknowledge. Another staff threw the spoon at me when I asked for one for my soup . Corporate has been contacted about this incident .
