My favorite sub is a Turkey Bacon Ranch on garlic bread 🥖 I’m a rewards member and you get a free medium sub on your birthday if you order on the app. I couldn’t get it to work properly. The manager Mikayla was super helpful and sweet. She took care of it and made my delicious birthday sub too! Thanks Mikayla! 10 outta 10 would recommend this location. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Last time here for me. 20 min for a medium meatball sub.(Make that almost 30 as im still waiting)Floors are disgusting. No wonder it's dead on a Saturday. And now it's filled with smoke from what smells to be cookies.

Ok food. Expensive. Not the most comfortable or welcoming/clean atmosphere. The one person working behind the counter had more orders than they should have been trying to tackle by themselves and not exactly sure where the other person disappeared to. Everyone's food took a long time. But since this chain is merely a tag along of Subway it's really only to be expected them to follow suit. But for the price I'll be going back to Subway.

Ordered two subs without tomato, onion and mayo. Both subs were made incorrectly. This has happened before and we just take them off and scrape the mayo off the bun and eat them. Not this time. I called the manager and got nothing but attitude. Basically called me a liar, said she had our order ticket in front of her. I told her I was holding my receipt in my hand and would bring it to her. My husband took it in and again got nothing but attitude from the manager. Will NEVER go back. She needs a lesson in customer service.
