Firehouse is my favorite place for a sub, but unfortunately I'm going to stop going to this location due to a lack of quality service. It's really disappointing.

Second visit in 3 weeks the Freestyle soda machine was out of 99% of the brands and combos. Do better!

FIREHOUSE CORPORATION, do you not see the pattern here at this location?? Have dealt with in our own experiences time and time again at this same location and been told the exact same thing. Someone really needs to go in and HANDLE the store because they are completely running to the ground. I dont want to here hope your experiences will be better next visit or we're sorry GO FIX THE PROBLEM. We love Firehouse Subs and for what it stands from but when you DONT get what you ordered over and over and Sorry we're are basically out of EVERYTHING its not worth going and wasting our money nor time. This store needs to be looked into definitely being ran into the ground...

Just Me

I placed my order using the app and it was late from the time. They said it would be ready. When it was done the server, just put it up on the counter. Didn’t say a word didn’t even look at me in the eye and say thank you. I got home and noticed there was no pickle. This might be a little thing to some people, but when I get a firehouse sub, it is not complete without the pickle, how hard is it to wrap a pickle and put it in the container with the sandwich. It’s ridiculous. I sent an email and I did get a response from someone saying that the manager from the store with Contact me, it’s been over a week and nobody has contacted me yet. So they had their shot and I’m done with them.

We ordered 3 subs, one with double meat. Only received 2 subs, no double meat. Called twice about the missing sub, missing pickle spears, and the missing double meat. Very rude. Was told, "I'm pretty sure that the price remains the same whether there is a pickle spear available or not." Never addressed the missing sandwich or double meat issue. Horrible customer service. Zero star review. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Walked in and was greeted by the worker that was working on the soda machine. He was elbow deep so I wasn't expecting him to help me. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one else came out. Finally young girl comes out and apologizes. 1st thing I order, tuna sub, "sorry were out of tuna". Continued to order instead of just walking out because of my love for firehouse and 1st responders. Ordered both subs no lettuce, no tomato. She told me we also have no pickles. Got home, 1 sandwich had tomato's. Place was not busy so there was no rush making sandwiches! Place was empty and music was loud. Also asked for a caption Sorenson sauce, nope none of that either. This place has gone down hill every time I have come in here. The only saving grace is the sandwiches we're delicious!!! M. Ken Jones in Danville, VA needs to come down here and get this place in order, sorry, but you need to do something to improve the place, NOT THE FOOD!!

Twice I have gone to the lady lake firehouse and been disappointed not only was there almost no meat the first time but I was meet with nothing but attitude the second time they were rude and the man making everyone's food wasn't wearing gloves while making food and packaging it...
Over all just disappointed in how far down hill this firehouse has come.

I loved Firehouse, first time
Coming to this location and it will be the last. I got the same sandwich I always do, smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket and was shocked by how little meat was on the sandwich. $15.94 for basically two slices of meat. I won’t be back!

We visited this location for the first time this week, after many years of very satisfactory visits to various locations around the country. I ordered a Hook & Ladder and my husband ordered a Hero. Even though they were not very busy, (it was not peak lunch time. Our order time was 1:31), we had to wait for 25 minutes for our order. The woman who took our order and was also helping out in the prep area, apologized to each customer for the long wait, as they came up to get their order. But, I could not see any reason for the long delay. We ordered our meals to go so we could eat in the parking lot, with our dog, in the car. After we got to our car and opened the food containers, we discovered that neither "hot" sandwich had been steamed. The bread was cold and the meat and cheese inside the sandwich was cold. For some reason, the cheese that hung outside the bun had been melted, but also cold. There was also no pickle spear with either sandwich. Even though we were still in the parking lot, we did not have time to return the sandwiches and wait another 1/2 hour for new ones. If this had been our first Firehouse Subs experience, it would have been our last. It will be our last at this location, but we will continue to be customers at other locations.

I ordered a gallon of tea for $8.99 online. When I got there to pick up my order they didn't have any gallon drinks for sale so I asked for a refund. They did not want to give me a refund, told me to go online to apply for one, so I tried and there's no way to do that online where I ordered, the employee couldn't figure it out either but they refused to give me a refund. I asked to speak to a manager and she came out with a nasty attitude, finally gave me a refund but basically threw the money at me and stomped off. I got home with my order to find out that TWO items were missing. Will not return to that location, I'm highly disappointed with the service I received and then only getting half of what I ordered

Ghetto rap blaring, food took forever, bug in my tea, cashier has personality of spoilt milk, dude with chin goatee single handedly holding up the entire establishment and needs a raise

Store unlocked. No employee present I waited 10 min yelled for help even got the chance to walk in the back and the bathroom no employees in sight ! Won't be coming back
