The team at this location last night was working their butts Off. Shame on firehouse, corporate local whoever owns the place. These people did not have the supplies they needed to do their jobs out of food. They didn’t have proper working equipment. The toaster wasn’t working. They were getting slammed with online orders. Geez, you guys were even out of pickles and then not a single Christmas decoration in the whole entire store to be a fireman based company pretty shameful...

This place has really gone downhill lately. The soda machine is always empty, the service is very slow. Wait anywhere between 30-45 minutes to get a sandwich. Not sure why this location is having so many issues lately but it needs to be addressed.

Update: After several months gave the restaurant a try again and there has been a decent turn around. Service is much better, appears there is new staff and management.

I had a wonderful experience at Firehouse Subs yesterday! The workers, Bre and Jay, were incredibly accommodating when I asked them to be careful with my food allergies. They were not only helpful but also super friendly and down-to-earth. The subs were yummy too! I can’t wait to go back.
