Walked in and was greeted by the worker that was working on the soda machine. He was elbow deep so I wasn't expecting him to help me. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and no one else came out. Finally young girl comes out and apologizes. 1st thing I order, tuna sub, "sorry were out of tuna". The food and personnel are great. However the facility needs a serious cleaning. The fountain drink machine was grossly nasty and the bathrooms were dirty. Please make an effort to keep things safe and sanitized.

Tried to redeem points for free sub.app keat saying must add at least a penny. Nowhere on app can you add a penny. Must add at least 50 cents.If it's free why do I have to add money.This is my second trip in 4 days trying to redeem points. The workers saw my frustration. They made me a sub at no charge.Call corporate and they stated that I must add 50 cents to receive free sub. I know it's not a lot.50 cents.But free is supposed to be free.The sub shop is excellent....
