Fresh jalapeño Mexican Restaurant

Food was really good. Really liked the charro bean soup. Service was good, little slower than expected compared to other Mexican Restaurants. Would definitely go again.

This was my second time. My first was fantastic. I had chicken wings. This time, dried out smothered in bottled barbecue sauce.

The food has wad bland. Even my five year old grandson said that it taste like nothing. The server a ran bill and then said wait a minute i'm having a little issue then she brought me the receipt.And then after I had my tip to the bill , she charged more than it was , even after I added my tip. She added more didn't notice it till after I got home and check my account.I knew there was gonna be an issue.I even took a picture of the receipt with my tip added before I left the restaurant.Because I knew there was going to be a problem when I get home and check my account.She charged more than what I left for a tip plus the bill amount. We'll never go back again.The food was not good.The service was not good and adding more money for a tip after you write one down.
It's pretty awful. She only added $2.50 more.But that is not the issue.The issue is I got my bill.I added a tip and then she rang up more.

Went back and tried the carna asada and it was as tough as shoe leather. Asked for it med but it was such a thin cut of meat I couldn't tell...very disappointed...

Loved this place! Great food, many menu choices, kind and friendly service, clean place, with a nice comfortable atmosphere. I love Mexican food and this place did not disappoint! Around this area (in my opinion), the Mexican food is a tad dry for my taste. Not here. It was just right. I can't wait to try out the rest of the menu. We will be back!!

This is a MUST try restaurant. The staff was friendly and attentive. The decor was authentic. The food was spectacular. Everything was flavorful and absolutely delicious 😋. This was my first time eating here but it most definitely will not be my last.

My boyfriend and I would pick Fresh Jalapeño any day over any other Mexican restaurant. This place is great and has amazing food.

I came with a party of 6 at 1800 on a Friday. No reservation wait was 20 minutes, but the patio outdoor seating was wide open so we got in with no issues right away! The server was very friendly, but a little on the slower side, most likely not her fault since the drinks came from the bar. The white peach margaritas were phenomenal, will definitely order those again! Complementary chips and salsa are always a bonus, they loaded us up with those here.

To start we got the Mexican street corn and queso. The queso was as expected, warm and delicious. The corn is an acquired taste I think, but something I do thoroughly enjoy. It's more on the sweet side, so keep that in mind.

For the entree I got the Molcajete, which is definitely meant for at least 2 people but probably could have fed the entire table. The meat was all very flavorful, but everything outside of the delicious sauce was a little dry, with the exception of the shrimp. It wasn't a big deal, just dump it in the sauce and it's good as new! Flavor wise, definitely in the top 5% of any Molcajete I've had, I absolutely recommend! We will certainly be back next time we're in the area.
