I had the best service and sandwich from Ms. Adrian and Jamal. Ms. Adrian was very welcoming and personable. They accommodated me with no problem due to all of my sandwich modifications. Best cheesesteak I’ve ever had, even from other jersey mikes. They were amazing. I will add a photo for my next review!
Edit: I went back yesterday and it was horrible. The lady was nice but my cheesesteak was rushed and I didn’t get what I asked for. If Jamal or Ms. Adrian isn’t there I will probably not order. It’s unfortunate because I was late getting back to work thinking I would get this amazing sandwich and I didn’t. It wasn’t picture worthy. I won’t remove the stars because the customer service wasn’t bad and the original people make this place great!

I ordered three of the giant #17. I’ve never been so disappointed. I have been to Jersey Mike many times and it has always been awesome. Jose was the cook. There was hardly any meat, cheese, peppers and no jalapeños. The buns were stale. I don’t live very close to lady lake or I would have returned them. VERY UNHAPPY.

I stopped in after 3pm on a Wednesday, in late March, and IT WAS BUSY!! No problem. The outstanding crew handled the rush efficiently w/o skipping in quality. I was in & out in good time. I watched 2 #13 Gigantic size before mine & they were excellently prepared! I ordered a reg size roasted chicken breast--Mike's way. It was prepared perfectly. Everything was fresh: the chicken, the fixings & the Rosemary bread. The crew was pleasant, cheerful, swift, attentive & very professional. Kudos to them!

Aneesa and the staff were so super nice at this Jersey Mike's. Aneesa went out of her way to check something for us. And the subs are way better here then other Jersey Mike's we have been to. The subs are bigger in size and the bread is noticeable more fresh and great flavor!

Went to Jersey Mike's in Lady Lake. What a horrible experience. The girls working were so miserable and rude to all the customers. The one girl was constantly on her phone. She got mad when someone asked for bag for their sandwiches. Walked around with a nasty look on her face the whole time.
