Went here with my husband yesterday around 6:30pm. We were seated, but after 15 -20 minutes of never having anyone come to our table we got up and left. One waitress looked at us as she passed our table, but was moving too fast so we didn't get a chance to ask for a server and she saw we never had one, but decided not to tell anyone. Other servers looked from across the room, but never came over and honestly we shouldn't have had to ask for a server and I don't want one if I have to ask after that long anyways. Not sure it's a very interracial couple friendly establishment. Upon getting up we passed the girl that seated us and I stated no one ever came to our table and her response was oh she never showed up and she kept walking. The other table that came in right in front of us was promptly taken care of and received their bread and drinks. Nearby tables looked at us funny while they ate as they saw we weren't being served. This establishment needs to do a lot better. I have never felt so humiliated before. Never saw a manager in site to approach, but again not staying where we aren't welcome. This Longhorn location be very aware before you go!!

I order the angus steak burger with cheddar cheese as I was finishing up my last piece I found a long brown hair in it mind you I have gravy balding hair and my wife has short red hair.
Went there yesterday with my wife and we order to go and I had the house special longhorn and specifically ask for it to be well done. After an hour waiting for our food and what they gave us was a bloody steak

Melt in your mouth rib eye!!! Our waitress Melany was so friendly and accommodating. When I questioned one of our cocktails appearance, she quickly replaced it with a smile. Thank you so much for a wonderful dinner Melany!

The Bloomin' Onion was way too greasy. They need to drain it or put it on paper towels before serving...it upset my stomach later that evening.
