Went to Millers Ale House in the Villages last night for their prime rib special. I ordered rare and several others at my table ordered medium rare. After about 45 minutes the food came. There wasn’t a single one that was even slightly pink. All were well done, talk about dry and chewy. We were then informed that there was nothing less than medium available. Our reservation was at 5:30! They offered to bring different dinners, well who wants that after you’ve waited an hour to eat as it is. The manager never offered to take the meal off the bill. Wound up, bringing some free desserts to the table. We had friends from out of town that we took there after bragging how good the prime rib was.

Came in, they asked how many, we specifically said 3 adults AND A BABY. We waited to be seated, then We get seated and he asked us if we wanted a booster seat, I replied no thanks, can we have a high chair, the baby is one, booster seats do not work for a child that small. We were then greeted with the manager saying they can’t seat a high chair here because of the walk way, he then says for a high chair we would need to get up and wait for a table that available for high chair seating. We decided to just leave as we were hungry and baby was also.

ordered the cue bacon cheeseburger and fish and chips from door dash and both were very very good. never had a bad burger from millers. fried shrimp was so so, would have been better fresh and not take out.
wouldn't let me make another review. got another cue burger today for the game....didn't go the same unfortunately. I ordered medium, got well done and no sauce!! burger had no flavor as well. make today's cook so the dishes, I want the other cook back 🫤🫤🫤
I’ve been coming to Millers for about a year, food is consistent and always on point. Our Bartender Aireail is absolutely one of the best Bartender's in the business!!!! She keeps it fun and is one main reason we keep coming back! This Millers is a place you must stop.

Ordered chicken parm Alfredo. Chicken came out burnt. I did not complain i just planned on never ordering it again. Here’s what pissed me off. Bartender takes plate and asks “you didn’t like the chicken?” No it was burnt. Takes the plate to a manager named Kyle and tells him and he does absolutely nothing about it. Just ignored it. She should’ve never served it and he should’ve at least came and talked to me. Gfys

Ariel is the greatest bartender ever! Last night was my husband's birthday and the first time we ever went to Miller's. We had the greatest time because of Ariel. The food was amazing which was a plus.
