Honestly, I hate giving bad reviews because I understand how damaging it can be for a business. Unfortunately, I have tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manger and no one picked up the phone. I visited today and the workers were very nice, food was decent; however, while there it was extremely hot (like no AC working hot) and there were several cockroaches (living and dead) in the bathroom and the hall outside. The restaurant itself was dirty and the women’s restroom was filthy with 3 roaches inside. This is unacceptable and we will never go back. If I could have reached them via phone, I would have asked for a full refund. After visiting the bathrooms, we threw over half our food away and left because we were so disgusted.

I got a stsak burrito. With queso. I undedstand queso is extra but 19 dollars for a burrito no chips or drink. Wasnt good enough to beat out chipotle on tase or price.

Nasty!! Can’t believe I even paid for it. Haven’t had. It in awhile and was okay let me give it a go again. Bad choice. They don’t even say welcome to Moes when you walk in and the food is just bland. Rice was crunchy and hard. Just gross. This place needs to shut down. And oh don’t let me mention how they have a value meal deal but don’t tell you that certain meats are extra (which is fine) but why are they charging the same extra amount as if you’ve gotten a regular size burrito. For a junior burrito the extras should be split in half because you’re not getting the extra meat. So they are still getting over. What was supposed to be 10 something was almost 16 for a wack burrito and chips that taste stale as well

Haven’t been to Moses since they first opened but wanted something new so I stopped in. So glad I did, there’s no chipotle on this side of town but I’ll have to say Moses might just beat out chipotle, in price and taste! I got the more melted cheese bowl and it was sooo good! In a bowl, steak, lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, rice, cheese and guacamole they have a small salsa bar with really good sauces and salsas. I’ll definitely be back!

Brandon had like 20 online orders but still made time for me and my family and talked to us. His customer service is the best I have ever seen and he needs a raise. Doing the job of like 3 people at once.

What the restaurant lacks in decor they make up for 10 fold in flavor. It's a build your burrito style restaurant, reminiscent of Chipotle but with flavor. The service during my visit was top notch. The employee was very friendly and engaging.

We used to go every Monday, and always got the best food and service. Went back recently and the place had no one in there (should have been the first red flag since it was always packed when we used to come) walked over to order and there was a big puddle with no caution sign or bucket, at the counter the beans looked like they had been there for days. Place was filthy, the glass was streaked with stuff. The food was disgusting and I am so disappointed with it all. Used to be a wonderful place.

I don’t know what the gentleman’s name was that was making the food but man does he need a raise. That poor man was up at the front preparing customers orders all by himself while another worker was in the back chopping vegetables. He really did not have enough help but let me tell you he was a very hard worker and very polite. We ended up tipping him twice but even when people were getting snippy with him he was calm and collected. The stack he made for me was delicious! The atmosphere was alittle chaotic because again not enough help but the people that came in made it work.

No AC, no ice, and the place is run down to say the least. We ate outside bc it was somehow still cooler than inside. The food is still the same Moe’s mediocre food. Employees, while obviously hotter than anyone should be working inside, were fantastic. Clearly a careless owner/franchise manager issues and not an employee issue.
