Nothing Bundt Cakes is absolutely delicious every single time! The cakes are always fresh, moist, and never dry — truly consistent with every visit. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
Just a quick note on hours: they close at 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, but a bit earlier on weekends — 6 p.m. on Saturday and 4 p.m. on Sunday. If you’re planning to pick something up over the weekend, make sure to go a little earlier (I learned that the hard way one Saturday!).
Highly recommend — you really can’t go wrong with anything from here!

Lady at the front desk was great. Helped me pick out a bunt cake for myself and once for a Thank You present. She wrapped it nicely with a ribbon and a flower that I got to choose. Awesome experience!
Irene was so helpful with putting together a bundle for a friend's birthday. Love the extra touch of detail with the decorating.

Today was my sister’s birthday, so I took her here to pick out a cake. We had never been to a Nothing Bundt Cake location(s). As a first time customer, you’d expect a good experience.. I was a little taken back by the older lady with the broken glasses working at the counter.
After I paid for my sister’s cake, my sister kindly asked if they had any forks because she figured she could eat it in the car. The woman embarrasses my sister in front of 5 other customers saying, “ we’re a retail shop, not a restaurant”. I’m giving you my money, you’re not going to treat me in that manner.
I know we’re only 2 customers out of however many come through, but we will NOT return to this location.

Recently stopped by to pick up a few Bundt cakes, older lady working was very rude and unprofessional. I had a BOGO coupon in which she wouldn’t use stated the coupon came from Facebook and wasn’t legit. After paying without the use of the coupon we had asked if they had any spoons her response was “we are a retail shop not a restaurant”. Highly unlikely to recommend to others. Horrible customer service.

I just wanted to thank Beth for helping me today and going above and beyond. Something happened on my end with a web order for a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday and I didn't catch it until nearly 4:00 pm (and on the eve of Hurricane Helene!). She offered to deliver it for me on her way home. I cannot thank Beth enough as our twins are going through their first birthdays away (and first hurricane!). That delicious cake is the next best thing to home. THANK YOU BETH!
