I just wanted to thank Beth for helping me today and going above and beyond. Something happened on my end with a web order for a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday and I didn't catch it until nearly 4:00 pm (and on the eve of Hurricane Helene!). She offered to deliver it for me on her way home. I cannot thank Beth enough as our twins are going through their first birthdays away (and first hurricane!). That delicious cake is the next best thing to home. THANK YOU BETH!

Today I stopped by and bought the Bundt cake tower. The sales associate did such a wonderful job! She gives really great customer service with a smile and she was very kind. Thank u so much. Visited on 9/26/24. The sales associate that was there when we arrived before 4 pm. I can't remember her name...but she's awesome! Thank u for all ur help♥️

Purchased a dozen Bundtinis for a birthday celebration. When we opened the box the following day to celebrate, we were very disappointed to see that none of them had icing. We had no choice but to serve it but dessert was ruined. Only four were eaten; the rest we tossed. This was a pre-order and the box was sealed when I went to pick it up. Mini cupcakes that cost $30.00 for a dozen should at least have frosting. Isn’t their frosting what they’re famous for???

Okay Nothing Bundt Cakes, I spend $70 on cakes, and you won’t give me two little plastic forks?!? Your cakes are delicious, but your service isn’t so great. I think I can find another place for delicious desert next time.

Mosit and delicious every time, my go to place for my cakes and they do not disappoint. So long publix cakes ? the best cakes in town
BETH saved my wedding. She made sure I got my Bundt cakes. Online hours said 7pm close but after missing calls from BETH at this location, and hearing they closed at 5pm today I raced over.. 30 mins late, fearing the worst I knocked on the door. A literal angel opened the door and handed me my order. BETH deserves a raise and a forehead kiss. THANK YOU BETH.

I came here with my Mom and daughter a few weeks back. The service was absolutely terrible. My daughter was touching a display and the female customer service rep was incredibly rude about it. She said some things under her breath which I could clearly hear, walked over to fix the small box that my daughter looked at and said a few more things and walked to the back of the store so the other co-worker could help us. I was looking at purchasing some things for my daughter and husband. I immediately put everything down and said I will not be back and walked out. My mom was already purchasing baked goods and didn’t notice the treatment by the other female worker otherwise she would have put it back. Neither one of us will ever be back.Note to the female worker. You don’t take your bad day out on customers who were clearly going to spend some money in your store. Displaying that immature behavior as a grown female adult is ridiculous.Lastly, the baked goods weren’t worth the price. At best it’s an average bakery. You want some baked goods that are comparable, honestly better tasting and cheaper, go to Publix. You lost our repeat business and I’ll be sure to let anyone we know not to buy form you.

Great desserts, each Large Bundt cake is 2 servings(total of 600 plus calories & 64g of sugar) (12g of saturated fat) which is a lot! The small ones are 200 plus calories & 24g of sugar per serving.Love the flavors! Great location and friendly staff. The large Bundt cakes are $5.50. The small ones are sold in a box of 12. Great for birthdays!
