I use to love panda express but after eating at this location I will never go back, rude sarcastic employees when I questioned my order. The shrimp did have seven but smaller , then I’ve ever seen at any panda express. The beef and broccoli we had a good laugh because we counted 2, exactly 2 pieces of beef and lots of half cooked broccoli.
Parking: Plenty of parking at lunch because the place was empty

A recommendation for pasta: put too much cabbage and too little pasta.

This past Saturday went to this location to get food. I order through the drive thru. One of the workers told me it’ll be 6 minutes for one of my orders which I said it was okay 6 minutes went to 30 minutes. I went inside they serving everyone inside that didn’t pay and not getting to the people that already paid through the drive thru. I didn’t want the food no more so I asked for my refund and still waiting. They lied to me the other day and said the refund will be in my account never received it next day I came in I asked the manager about the refund they told me it take 2-3 business days. Don’t come here they have very poor management and poor customer service.

Like any other cafeteria style restaurant you have to order what's the freshest. And when this place is hopping they can be real busy keeping up replacing the food. The vegetables seem to add a nice touch to the dishes here. Not everything is batter covered and oil fried. The two entree plate with a drink is 13 bucks including tax and you can't really beat that. Letting the customer split the side 50/50 with rice and lo mein is also a good perk. If you splurge and get the three entree plate, you've got five things to eat for a pretty small tab.

If there was a ½ start to 0 start i would have been using it ,every night they're closing at 9pm when in the website says 10pm this is misleading people making them waste their gas and time 😡 , who ever is managing this location needs retraining or they need to replace that manager
The food is okay for fast food chinese. Clean, the staff was friendly Was a little disappointed that I didn't get any fortune cookies.

Panda Express holds a special place in my heart. The food itself is consistently good . I genuinely enjoy many of their dishes. Yes, the prices can be a little steep, but the flavors often make it worth it. I especially appreciate that they have a variety of options to choose from.
However, my recent experiences with customer service have been... disappointing, to say the least. It feels like a coin flip as to whether you'll be greeted with a smile and helpfulness, or an attitude. It's disheartening when a simple request or suggestion is met with curtness or even outright rudeness. I find myself wondering why it's so difficult for employees to be pleasant and accommodating, which is really the baseline of good service.
On a positive note, I highly recommend using the Panda Express app if you have it available. They frequently offer fantastic coupons and deals, making the cost more manageable and the overall experience much more enjoyable. The app has become my go-to when ordering Panda Express, especially to avoid potential customer service issues.

I love Panda Express. I mean, who doesn’t want to indulge in the delicious trifecta of orange chicken, chow mein, and regret? But this location? Oh boy. It’s like the anti-Panda Express: no express, and barely any Panda.
Let me set the stage: I ordered online for a 7:30 p.m. pickup, dreaming of a steamy box of sweet and savory joy. I pulled up at 7:32 p.m., practically salivating, only to be told, “Oh, we’re gonna start working on it now.” START working on it?! I’m no chef, but I’m pretty sure the “express” in Panda Express doesn’t mean start cooking two minutes after the pickup time.
But wait, it gets better. Ten minutes later, they tell me they’re out of my entrée. OUT. And it’s gonna take some time to make more. Okay, fine, I can wait a little longer for my Panda dreams to come true. Except “a little longer” turned into another 10 minutes, which then turned into, “It’ll be about 15 more minutes.” That’s when I gave up.
I politely asked to cancel my order, thinking that would be the end of this nightmare. Oh, silly me! Turns out canceling was harder than assembling IKEA furniture blindfolded. They had to call the manager, who apparently has the magical cancellation powers—but she wasn’t even there! They assured me she’d handle it the next day. Cool, cool. So now my dinner has become an IOU.
If you’re looking for a Panda Express that makes you question your life choices and teaches you patience you never asked for, this is the one. Otherwise, maybe stick to making your own stir-fry at home.

Hands down one of the worst restaurants in this area for service. I came in today for a ToGo order that I placed. I arrived and was the only customer. I told them I was a ToGo customer and then a dozen more customers arrived. Every one of them was served before my order was completed. By the way, two of the customers that came in, got served eight and left before my food was delivered.

One employee, I'm sorry I don't have her name, gave us a larger portion of an order we had to wait a long time before the new batch was ready. Apologized for the wait and I told her it wasn't necessary. We'll be back, we enjoy the food.
