Very limited range of drinks. Many drinks show sold out constantly e.g. whenever I have wanted to order the citrus lemonade drink it has never been available.
Slow service and cash register line that moves slowly and in some cases reluctance of staff to serve preferring to stand around and chat to each other.
Why I quit their paid subscription to the coffee club... To get a cup of coffee that you get for free with your subscription you still have to stand in a line that can be 30 to 40 minutes long at peak hour. Why they dont have an express checkin I dont't know. They also do not have any flavorings for their coffee like 7-11 or wawa has. I go to wawa know for coffee. Cheaper and better choices at a lower price.
