Slow service and cash register line that moves slowly and in some cases reluctance of staff to serve preferring to stand around and chat to each other.

Horrible, horrible, horrible Service very slow. Even when front of line it can still take a long time to complete an order. Constantly out of drinks. I like the strawberry basil lemonade. On multiple occasions in the last month this drink has not been available. I have wanted to try the citrus lemonade drink but have not been able to enjoy it even once, because every time I tried to order it, it has been unavailable like multiple other drinks on the drinks menu. I have noticed a reluctance on the part of some staff to serve one even when nobody else is is waiting to be served, preferring to stand around rather than come forward to serve one. I have used other Panera Breads in Florida and have enjoyed my experiences there. Unfortunately this far my experience here has been quite miserable.

Dined @ Panera in Spanish Springs yesterday… UGH so disappointed!! I should’ve checked their Yelp rating (2.5) - definitely wouldn’t have wasted my money! Ordered the “strawberry chix caprese” and Greek salads. I thought Panera claimed to be this healthy restaurant? The caprese salad had LUNCH MEAT for the chix… gross! And it looked slimy!! And the lettuce in the Greek salad was disgusting. The restaurant was mostly clean and the staff were accommodating. It also took quite a while for the salads to be made. I remember why I stopped going. Sooo very sad - used to be a favorite restaurant for me!!

Went in and was seen by 4 different people and ignored. Waited in line for 7 minutes and never got spoken to. Went around the corner to leave and the girl who takes the orders was just standing there with her hands on her hips as if waiting for us to leave. So we did.

I love Panera. Their food is great.... but this location Spanish Springs has an ordering supplies problem. For a month they didn't have any black tea. Very often they don't have tops for drinks, the tops are not in the building.Hazelnut coffee is out, there is none in the building. Also if you order ahead in most Panera's it's on the to go shelf or there is someone to help you but this location makes you wait online to find out where it is. They see you standing on the side trying to ask them but 90% of the time you are ignored.

Fountain drinks were not working. Not carbonated. They were out. Ordered chicken sandwich received chicken salad. Price 26.00 for sandwich and soup.

I come in and order an in cafe pick up so my order should be on the shelf when ready. However, they keep it behind the counter so I have to wait in line and ask for my order. I do the in cafe pick up so I don't have to wait in line especially just to ask for my drink that should be on the shelf.
