The worker that closed last night was a dishonest and lazy worker. He was answering phones and lying to everyone saying they are closed, although every site is saying Papa John’s is open until 11 last night. The worker specifically said the only reason he was answering the phone was because he did not want to hear the phone ringing all night and proceeded to continuously hang up on me. I drove to the store to find this employee sitting in the store doing absolutely nothing. This business is completely unprofessional and dishonest.

They gave us a pizza with no sauce. I ordered on the app and I didn't include a tip. So, I guess you have to pay extra for sauce on a pizza if you don't tip.

Only customers can use there bathrooms so DoorDash and UBER eats can’t use them which is such crap they are customers as well and that’s not fair at all to say who can use them it’s a public restroom. Oh and when I go to other places they ALWAYS offer me a drink or something while I wait so what’s the big deal with DoorDash using there bathroom?!?! Kinda petty if you as me! When you gotta go you gotta go can’t help that part at all!

The Garlic knots were like eating dry burnt dough. There was barely any sauce, cmon you kidding me? I posted a photo. Pizza was pretty decent. I’d go back, won’t order the knots though. you guys either need to take the knots off the menu, or do better. They weren’t even edible.

We ordered delivery bowls and one of them had onions and pineapples on it. Had to pick out unwanted bits. This has happened once before. Please make sure you read the order and make up the food as requested rather than sending out the wrong food. Up until the last couple of weeks our orders have been perfect.

I ordered a Works pizza at 9PM with a quoted delivery of 9:40PM but each time I checked the tracker the delivery time expanded. Shortly after my order, I was notified that DoorDash would deliver my order. I didn’t care who delivered, my order was with Papa John’s. I called the store at 9:40PM to see if the pizza was going to be delivered because tracker showed 10PM delivery. Fred told me the DoorDash person had been there and left without my order. Fred said he would remake the pizza and contact for another driver. The delivery time after the call moved 10:10PM on an original order time of 9PM. At 9:50PM DoorDash texted to ask how was my service when nothing had been delivered. At 10PM the driver showed at the location on the tracker with a 10:08PM delivery so I was happier then the delivery time passed so I called again at 10:10PM to ask what happened to get ‘its DoorDash they picked up the order 5-6 minutes ago’ so I cancelled the order and my money was refunded. Fred was good about the refund but the delivery system at this location is broken when depending on a 3rd party to deliver orders. To top it off, at 10:25 I got a text from DoorDash that my order was ready downstairs so I went downstairs to be greeted with a cold pizza and the driver said he had it for 28 minutes when the location was 7 minutes away. I was too frustrated so I didn’t argue with him about delivering cold pizza. As stated earlier, Papa John’s owns this issue but it appears DoorDash is not keeping up their side of the agreement. Food for thought, last month in Indiana, during a snowstorm my Papa John’s order was delivered ahead of the time and it was hot.

In town for basketball ball tournaments and this was our dinner the first night! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Service was very quick! Thank you guys!
