Tammy was an absolute delight from start to finish. She greeted us with a warm smile, took the time to learn our names, and somehow managed to keep an eye on every detail without ever feeling intrusive. Her menu suggestions were spot-on—especially the seasonal special, which turned out to be our favorite dish of the night—and she checked in at just the right moments to top off drinks and make sure everything was perfect. Even when our group had a few special requests, Tammy handled them gracefully and with genuine cheer. Thanks to her upbeat energy, impeccable timing, and clear knowledge of the menu, our evening felt seamless and relaxed. We’ll definitely be asking for Tammy the next time we dine here!

It's an old restaurant computer system went down, couldn’t cash online out. The people in the kitchen are more worried about laughing and carrying on instead of cooking. Meanwhile the male employee has his gf and kids on the back room…totally unprofessional

Wonderful experience. The food was fabulous and the Pie!!! Yummy!!! Make sure you meet TJ. Great personality and very attentive to his Customers!! He brings a smile to your day!!

Went in to get breakfast. Got the 8.99 55+ senior 1 egg breakfast, asked for an extra egg which I saw on front door for eggs .50 extra. No problem. Meal was 8.99 + .50 extra for the egg no problem, 9.45. Got the and was charged another 2.19. check was for 12.50 with some stupid egg surcharge. Wth is up with that. Not a very good way to do business. If you feel you need to charge more for a stupid egg then ad it on the menu. Never going there again and posting for everyone else to see.

We come often and specifically request to Sit in Angela’s section!! She is pleasant, attentive, knowledgeable and makes our dining experience superior each and every time! She is a keeper!!!

Been trying to call and get a to - go order in but they will just pick up the phone and then hang it up . Poor service , no wonder they are in such bad shape !

Terrible service. Sat down in the section of the girl who works directly left when you walk in. First time we got her it took her over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us to take our drinks and order, never checked on us, never brought us refills for our drinks and then proceeded to take another 10+ minutes to bring us our check. Tried coming in again today and got sat in the same section and it took over 10 minutes and she still never checked on us so we got up and left. I also work with people and would never do something like that. Ridiculous.

Went there for Thanksgiving in Lady Lake. Very disappointed in the turkey dinner. It looked like a turkey roll dark meat.
Don't what the issue is in getting silverware!

Dear God the service was horrible. We waited over 30 minutes to get our pie, and our server Joshua was not busy. Less chuckles and more service would be nice. No one likes a clown for a wait person. Try being polite, helpful, and grateful you have customers to support your job. My wife and I are done with this Perkins for sure.
