Been trying to call and get a to - go order in but they will just pick up the phone and then hang it up . Poor service , no wonder they are in such bad shape !

Terrible service. Sat down in the section of the girl who works directly left when you walk in. First time we got her it took her over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us to take our drinks and order, never checked on us, never brought us refills for our drinks and then proceeded to take another 10+ minutes to bring us our check. Tried coming in again today and got sat in the same section and it took over 10 minutes and she still never checked on us so we got up and left. I also work with people and would never do something like that. Ridiculous.

Went there for Thanksgiving in Lady Lake. Very disappointed in the turkey dinner. It looked like a turkey roll dark meat.
Don't what the issue is in getting silverware!

Dear God the service was horrible. We waited over 30 minutes to get our pie, and our server Joshua was not busy. Less chuckles and more service would be nice. No one likes a clown for a wait person. Try being polite, helpful, and grateful you have customers to support your job. My wife and I are done with this Perkins for sure.

We have been going to Perkins for Thanksgiving for the past 15 years, Love the food, good service and prices. However, This year we were very disappointed that the pie did not come with the purchase of the turkey dinner. It has been added to your meal, not this year. so sad.. Love your pies, but when you get used to something so good, then it's good, kind of loses it for ya...bring the pie back please!!!!!

Our server Amber accurately placed and served our particular food order. (Well done bacon, over medium egg). offered extra creamer too because she noticed I indulged in the creamer with my coffee. Prompt service, the food came out hot and fresh within 10-15 minutes of ordering. The drinks stayed filled, thank you so much for our wonderful breakfast experience this morning!

Kid-friendliness: Affordable kid meals with drinks included for the kids. Plenty of space to bring in a stroller for the baby too.

The food was not good I got a sandwich and my grandmother did to and then my grandfather got a salad, the sandwich my grandmother got was not good I got a bbq sandwich it was salty and sour it made my stomach turn upside down and the salad was smaller then usual really small. The fries was horrible you couldn’t chew on most of them and tasted old and all together 60 bucks are you kidding me? I don’t know if I’m ever coming back again after that experience..

I usually do not pick Perkins to eat at cus they never had anything that I thought was really good BUT I now have to eat my words lol. My sister took me there and I had a good breakfast there and they had lots of new food items like new sandwiches, burgers and breakfast meals. I will be going back sometime soon 👍

11-04-24 We’ll soon as walked in there was a smell in the corner greeter walk Me and My girlfriend to our table they were busy we placed order with the waitress she brought the dessert out first but she was eating and when she place dessert on table food fell out of her mouth so My girlfriend got some wipes and cleaned off the table as she was cleaning her wipe start to turn brown the table was filthy we got another waitress attention she apologized and asked would we like a sanitized cloth and for the dessert to be done over she offered to cleaned the table and apologized my girlfriend said she would clean the table the rest of our food was brought to the table no extra napkins the eggs were horrible like they were reheated in the microwave food horrible experience the filthy tables were a turn off but some of the customers were nice visited from Memphis but will not go there again

We took our small group of club members there for supper. Joshua, our waiter, was absolutely horrible! All he did was stand around and talk to people and not address our needs. His service of us was so slow we were there 2 1/2 hrs! I had to write down our dessert order on a napkin and then went to find him hanging out behind the register doing nothing!!! Never again!! I didn’t want to tip him the 20%, because he didn’t deserve it!!! I realize it’s hard to find help, but he should be fired!! Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced and we will not be going back to Perkins to say the least. Ever!!!
