The meatball sub is so good. Why is it good? That bread!! It's baked to be a little crispy on the outside and then simultaneously super fresh and soft. The meatballs were seasoned well and decent sized, too. So good!

My first time trying Potbelly's. I got the Italian sub, original size, with all of the toppings except hot peppers. Really good sub. Bread was toasted just right. Great service.

We probably shouldn't have gone in an hour before closing time. The chairs were all put up but decided to go in anyway. We got our food to go as the staff seemed annoyed we were there. Once we got home and one bite in, we threw it away. (BBQ pork and the chicken protein wrap.) The banana pudding shake was good, though. Wasn't worth the $30 at all. We wont be back.
