Worst experience I’ve had in a long time ordered Wednesday special, which is meatballs. They’re all out of meatballs I ask can I get ham for the same price or another sandwich? I was told no tried to order turkey out of turkey. Also out of provolone cheese I said I bet you’re pretty upset with the manager. She said I am the manager and the reason we’re out of everything is because of customers ordering too much. I’ve never heard such a thing. It’s the customers fault that they’re out of everything. Won’t be back.

Tina is the worst employee. Has a horrible attitude and worst customer service I have ever seen. Usually people in a Subway are so kind but this character has no kindness at all. Horrible attitude and no people courtesy. Honestly I have no clue how she was hired.

New “owners” or “employees “ don’t speak English, are not friendly and the bread and veggies are all gross and not kept fresh! Cookies were days old AND the towel head employees cashed out other guests and proceeded to make my sandwich WITHOUT washing their hands. GROSS. Do not recommend this subway to anyone. Bring back real American owned restaurants!!

Shannon has come into this location on Guava in Lady Lake and turned it around. The last 3 months at that location were horrible, but now it is now great! They have also switched to Pepsi products and made sure that the bread, meat, and vegetables are fresh!
