Tina is the worst employee. Has a horrible attitude and worst customer service I have ever seen. Usually people in a Subway are so kind but this character has no kindness at all. Horrible attitude and no people courtesy. Honestly I have no clue how she was hired.

New “owners” or “employees “ don’t speak English, are not friendly and the bread and veggies are all gross and not kept fresh! Cookies were days old AND the towel head employees cashed out other guests and proceeded to make my sandwich WITHOUT washing their hands. GROSS. Do not recommend this subway to anyone. Bring back real American owned restaurants!!

Shannon has come into this location on Guava in Lady Lake and turned it around. The last 3 months at that location were horrible, but now it is now great! They have also switched to Pepsi products and made sure that the bread, meat, and vegetables are fresh!

Been going to this place for years, now it looks like there's new owners . Food was ok, the store was very clean, but I was very much overcharged for my combo meals and they were out of a lot of the fountain drinks. I didn't tip and won't be going back.

New owners. They got rid of the old staff who I loved. The new guys don’t wear hairnets or beard nets. They didn’t greet or talk to me. One went from wiping the counter to directly sitting on it. Drink fountain didn’t have any syrup connected. This place was always crowded at lunch time but it was dead today, I just found out why. I won’t be back. :(

I take great care in writing bad reviews. I have ordered food in this Subway many times. It has always been good. Today when I went in, there were two young men working. They both had full beards, with NO FACE NETS. Florida requires that anyone with a full beard more than 1/2" long MUST wear a face net to protect the food from having face hair falling into it. I will not be back.
They refused to Give me a cup for water. I go every day but this actitud is ridiculous.

Average or below average. Foot-long is too small. Taste wasn't great for the beef(tastes like cardboard). The teriyaki chicken was good but the manager didn't mix the sauce in very well which came out just lame.
