New “owners” or “employees “ don’t speak English, are not friendly and the bread and veggies are all gross and not kept fresh! Cookies were days old AND the towel head employees cashed out other guests and proceeded to make my sandwich WITHOUT washing their hands. GROSS. Do not recommend this subway to anyone. Bring back real American owned restaurants!!

Been going to this place for years, now it looks like there's new owners . Food was ok, the store was very clean, but I was very much overcharged for my combo meals and they were out of a lot of the fountain drinks. I didn't tip and won't be going back.

New owners. They got rid of the old staff who I loved. The new guys don’t wear hairnets or beard nets. They didn’t greet or talk to me. One went from wiping the counter to directly sitting on it. Drink fountain didn’t have any syrup connected. This place was always crowded at lunch time but it was dead today, I just found out why. I won’t be back. :(

I take great care in writing bad reviews. I have ordered food in this Subway many times. It has always been good. Today when I went in, there were two young men working. They both had full beards, with NO FACE NETS. Florida requires that anyone with a full beard more than 1/2" long MUST wear a face net to protect the food from having face hair falling into it. I will not be back.

Average or below average. Foot-long is too small. Taste wasn't great for the beef(tastes like cardboard). The teriyaki chicken was good but the manager didn't mix the sauce in very well which came out just lame.

After placing the order on the app, we sat and waited for about 45 minutes for pur food to show ready. When we went in to get it, they said they were still working on it and would bring it to us. We waited another 15 to 20 minites before finally walking back in to get it ourselves. After eating only half on my footlong, I threw the rest away. It did not taste very good and made me kind of weak in the stomach. About an hour later I had full on food poisoning and had to sit in the truck the entire day while the rest of the family got to enjoy our fun day we had planned and paid for already at the Aquatica Water Park in Orlando. The result of this stop was about a $50 to $60 loss for me and missed memories with my son on our theme park day during our vacation.

Very poor customer service. After waiting in line behind four people, I was now the only person in the store. I was told that I had to wait for the three employees to take care of an online order because they come first. Seriously? Not one of the three could have made my sandwich? I left with no food and waiting for 15 mins. What a ridiculous rule. I will not be using this location again.
