Took forever for the dine in. Just for them to forget our drinks but stated to the guy after if he got his drinks while we waited for our drinks after already having had our food. On top of it none of the cheese was melted on the quesadillas and one quesadilla wasn’t even cut at all while the others were cut, had to attempt with a fork to cut it as they don’t have plastic knives. No one was picking up or ordering thru the drive thru. I had to say hello at the speaker 3 times. Then came to the window. It took the 13 minutes to give me my taco and mt dew. Dont know if they need help or what

They didn’t inform me they were “out of the cheese for the grilled cheese burrito”…yeah it’s the same cheese that goes on the chalupa which we got as well and it had cheese. They didn’t offer to give me my money back for it or make something else either. Leslie T was rude, i asked her for sweet tea which is only served in the back and she rolled her eyes at me. They forgot to give me my nacho fries as well which thankfully they made and gave to me a few minutes after. They left tomatoes on our food as well when we asked for it without. There’s lettuce and taco shells all over the floor in the kitchen area. This wasn’t the first time we’ve had bad service either.

What a difference between the TB in Altamonte and the one in Lady Lake. TheLadyLake is dirty, their system took my order.. it never came, instead of trying to resolve the issue the girl at the counter argued with me. When you place an oder and hit I'm Done, the order should be done. Im Done with this Taco Bell

I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and the beans were old and dried up. I ended up throwing it away. No wonder there was nobody there at dinner time. Do yourself a favor and drive a few minutes more to go to another location

Hours need to be fixed. Google says 1 am they closed at 10
The store is always nasty and the manager is super rude and aggressive! I recommend driving the extra distance to the next Taco Bell! It doesn't seem like there's any organization behind the counter with the staff. I feel like management could be doing better.
