The music selection may do well in New York, but senior citizens don’t appreciate screaming groaning, hard to listen to noise,…..it’s really annoying, mgmt should listen and smooth it out a bit.
Three of us were there at 8:30 in the morning and the bagels seemed like they were last night's nobody was making bagels, and the bagels were a little tough. The place is a little on the expensive side.
I drive from Jacksonville because the bagels locally are inferior.
I ordered a baker’s dozen (13) and received only 10. Not the first time this has occurred.
UPDATE: The Franchise Owner contacted me today, identified the issue, and more than corrected the situation.
