Bagels are absolutely delicious however , staff is not so professional or friendly. They always close this place prior to closing and close down all ordering apps well before there closing time. Then when you go into pick up your food between the times of 1:30 - 2 which the app tells you a time frame to do. This is the second time this has happened. Upon arrival at 1:30 the app and store where just shut down. They act like it’s a problem to service people up onto closing time...
I’ve been there twice recently. Both times got a bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and both times it was excellent. On my second visit the female cook was not wearing a hair restraint and didn’t have her hair pulled back.
The music selection may do well in New York, but senior citizens don’t appreciate screaming groaning, hard to listen to noise,…..it’s really annoying, mgmt should listen and smooth it out a bit.
