The girl(Abigail-Nose Pierced) at the drive thru needs to have people person training. Apparently the lady that took the order didn’t put order in. When I got to the window the girl(Abigail) at the window had an attitude when I asked what happened. And she said that they have other things to do😡😢

Got my usual drink with the usual modifications that I have had hundreds of times. Got it this time and it was not right. I went in to ask about if it was done correctly as I clearly see pieces of the wrong item in it. I had asked respectfully and apologized for the inconvenience. They just stared at me and didn’t even answer and just walked away as if she was gonna make it but did not engage in any conversation with rude snarks to each other. Then the girls were talking crap in the microphones to each other without even engaging in conversation with me. I asked, if it was a problem to make it again? The lady made it for me but it tasted only like ice. I have never had such rude customer service of my life. I just received ugly looks the whole time while I respectfully asked and apologized for them for the inconveniences. I have come here a few times before but I will never be back after this experience.

Im a regular and usually they are pretty quick with great service. But lately, like today, They greeted at the windows then nothing. I pull up and then reverse back at drive thru. There was nobody inside (maybe in the back). Eventually after a few mounties, 3 girls magically popped up. No apology or anything. Do better please!

Kiwi Quencher 🥝 is my absolute favorite , and the chicken bacon ranch flatbread add carribean jerk sauce on the side! Jalapeño corn is delicious also! Pricey but worth it if you don't want to eat traditional fast food.
