The food at Wendy's is the best around. However they need to fix their rewards program. Their scanners for rewards and points never work, it's very frustrating to be told time and again, our scanner is broken... No rewards, no discounts, no receipts; no customer satisfaction. They need a better rewards system to stay competitive.

I frequent this location often, and usually get GREAT service, but tonight - 1/18/25 @ 7PM...I drove here SPECIFICALLY FOR the Cookies, and my mom wanted a frosty since I was going.
Anyways, I ordered the 5 for $5 Cookie deal....and the frosty, but the lady told me they only had 4 Choc Chip Cookies but that I could get a different flavor for the 5th one.......Worried more about my mom's frosty than my cookies, I drove all the way home to open the bag to only the 4 Chocolate Chip Cookies, and not the 5th Sugar Cookie...... :(

Drive through order was wrong. By the time we got home, 20 minutes away, it wasn’t worth driving another 20 minutes to get the correct order.
I wish I could say 1 positive thing first off there's like 3 flavors in the self serve coke machine then the lady fills my drink half way up it's crazy 5 employees which way over staffed and no sodas then the burger was dry I didn't ask for no mayo the customer service was horrible don't go to this location way too expensive for below average service and food quality
Ordered food with and a large drink. Had to wait seemed like forever to get it but it was at least a 10 minute wait. Went to get ketchup from the dispenser it was empty. Went back to the counter to get ketchup packets. Went to fill my drink and every kind of soda displayed a message that the product was not available. Back to the counter to get a drink from there. After meal went to get a Frosty and they did not have any available either. Need I say more?

I'm glad they were open after the storm. All they had was chicken which was fine with my family but the rotten lettuce on our sandwiches was not cool. Just say you don't have lettuce.
