Lady at the window started to argue and tell me that she couldn't swap my biscuit out for a croissant on my sandwich when ik she's lying cause iv been to 5 other wendys just to see if she was lying and she was the only one to tell me no she wont do it flat out refused

Took twenty minutes in the drive-through with one car in front of us. The double was so disgusting where’s the lettuce? Where’s the fresh tomato? This thing tasted like they stuck it in the microwave. Paid $8. You kidding me.

Ordered from here and they tried to give us a completely melted frosty. Our entire order was wrong. Cold. Missing half of what we ordered. Waited forever and couldn’t even get it fixed. Every time we go here food is either uncooked , made wrong, ice cold. Will be making a call first thing Monday morning because this is a major hazard especially trying to constantly serve ice cold food and undercooked food.

Ordered taco salad and fries in drive thru. When did they start putting corn in chili?? Taco salad was ok, lots of lettuce ends. Chilli just wasn't the same. Chilli is sauce and chunks of meat, what Wendy's use to be. This lacked flavor and appeal.

Don't waste your time and money on this place. Just ordered 2 Baconators and they were cold and dry as could be.
Most unprofessional rude staff there , was more important to talk and socialize with other coworkers then take my order, and the employee that took my order was also handling food with no gloves, absolutely for a Wendy's my worst experience ever.

If I can give less than one star, I would this location has turned around and employment faster than it does turn around at their drive-through window. If you pull up for fast food expect the opposite. It’s some of the slowest service we’ve ever had. if you want good service, don’t go to this Wendy’s if you want good food, don’t go to this Wendy’s if you want a good atmosphere don’t go to this Wendy’s. If you wanna clean environment to eat do not go to this Wendy’s. You have about five other places to choose from to eat Within walking distance any of them are better than eating here. The only thing that gets good service is this Wendy’s is the roaches in the back.
