Their burgers are so plain compared to other fast food places. What comes standard on burgers elsewhere, you have to ask them to add it at Wendy's..then spend more money per item added...

How in shambles does a Wendy's need to be? They can't give an employee upon hiring a proper physical copy or even a text message of a date and time to show up for the first day? Then proceed to reprimand a new hire about being late? Management are disappointments and should all be fired, replaced. I stress this even more so when the first thing you see when coming on here is endless 1 star reviews and EVIDENCE of their horrendous service. Now that's just sad. Do better.
What an absolute disaster. When things go wrong. The last thing a manager os supposed to do is over dramatize the situation. Manager and cashier need to go back in training. My order was WRONG. No onions or pickles. Means DO NOT PUT THEM ON THE BURGER! Missing nuggets, missing fries, no organization!! Waited 15min for these ladies to mess it up. Never again!!

The food at Wendy's is the best around. However they need to fix their rewards program. Their scanners for rewards and points never work, it's very frustrating to be told time and again, our scanner is broken... No rewards, no discounts, no receipts; no customer satisfaction. They need a better rewards system to stay competitive.
