Carousel Coffee

The coffee itself was excellent, rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The service, too, was impeccable: the staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the experience. It’s clear that the team is trained to the standards one would expect in a luxury setting.

That said, I was genuinely surprised, and, to be honest, disappointed, to be served such a great coffee in a cardboard cup. In a luxury hotel, every detail counts. The choice of serving ware is not a minor point; it’s part of the overall experience, the atmosphere, and the sense of refinement that guests come to expect.

Drinking from a paper cup might be acceptable in a coffee shop on the go, but it feels completely out of place in a high-end setting. It takes away from the moment, and unfortunately, it left a lasting impression that didn’t quite match the otherwise high level of service.

I say this with the utmost respect, because everything else was truly excellent, but when you’re aiming for excellence in hospitality, the details matter. I sincerely hope this aspect will be reconsidered in the future, as it would significantly enhance the overall experience.

I came here for coffee every morning that we stayed at the boardwalk inn. The ladies at the counter moved very efficiently. They’re very friendly. There’s a decent selectionof bakery. My husband had an iced coffee every day and I got shakerato which is two shots of espresso, shaken over ice flavored with vanilla and I would add some half-and-half. It was delicious and a great way to start the morning before going to the park. I’m very glad this was coffee shop was in our hotel.

Fast service, not too expensive but can get pricey. (I paid $21 for two coffees and a charcuterie) The charcuterie was moldy on the bottom so I did not see it when buying it. I know I should have probably checked but I didn’t think I had to worry about moldy food at Disney of all places, my mistake. The employees were very sweet about me getting a new one. I will go back, but only if I want some coffee.

Newer renovated space in the Boardwalk. Replaced the gift and sundries shop. I do miss the branded items they used to stock. Long-time user of the Bell Vue lounge, which has been updated to a 30's era vibe. Just wish the coffee was still here. Meet many friendly people over coffee in the Bell Vue. The new Carosel area doesn't seem to have caught on yet. It is a bit over bright and antiseptic for morning coffee. I'm grateful they are still offering the service, but it's more Hamton Inn then premier hotel. #coffee #lounge #morning #Boardwalk #disney

The Carousel Coffee Shop, inside the Boardwalk Resort, is a great spot for morning coffee and a pastry. The layout matches the hotel and property, 1930’s era. There is also a very nice sitting area outside of the restaurant. Unfortunately they close at 3pm daily.

Delicious treats, great coffee, and smiling servers. This is truly a walk up cafe with the actual seating being an area across the hall or in the hotel lobby.

Perfect little coffee spot right off the main lobby.Somehow we missed this the last time we stayed at Boardwalk Inn.Menu is small but hits all the major needs for 99% of coffee drinkers.Pastries are quality too.

Cute and convenient coffee shop located inside the Boardwalk resort. It’s next to the main lobby. The Disney employees were very friendly. The croissant was delicious, as was the Mickey cinnamon roll. I also had a caramel latte, which was perfect! Definitely heading back tomorrow morning before check out.

Swung by to try the coffee & fell in love with the seasonal one! If you’re going anytime soon definitely recommend the Cinnamon Bun Frozen Blended Coffee! Also the pastry case may be a little fuzzy from the glare from the lights. This was what was available early morning.

This coffee shop is located inside the Resort near the lobby and is a quick place to get your coffee or tea fix. They also have some soft drinks, juices, water bottles, milk, poweraid, fruit, cereal and some baked goods.

Quick service but will start to get busy shortly after opening and no bananas two days on the bounce, a selection of pastries and other snacks for saleCould have been made bigger as I think it will be a real hit and the staff were always friendly and is overall nicer than the deli outside
