Carousel Coffee’s iced candy cane latte hit exactly right. The balance of sweetness and coffee flavor was spot on, not sugary and not bitter, and the crushed candy cane on top added just enough texture and peppermint without overpowering the drink. It felt intentional and well made rather than gimmicky. Simple, refreshing, and exactly what I needed at that moment.
The coffee itself was excellent, rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. The service, too, was impeccable: the staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the experience. It’s clear that the team is trained to the standards one would expect in a luxury setting.

I came here for coffee every morning that we stayed at the boardwalk inn. The ladies at the counter moved very efficiently. They’re very friendly. There’s a decent selectionof bakery. My husband had an iced coffee every day and I got shakerato which is two shots of espresso, shaken over ice flavored with vanilla and I would add some half-and-half.
