Earl of Sandwich

I stopped by Earl of Sandwich for a quick bite and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Veg Sandwich, Caprese Sandwich, Pizza Bread, and Broccoli Cheddar Soup. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful — the sandwiches were nicely toasted, the pizza bread had a good balance of cheese and sauce, and the soup was comforting without being too heavy. I was in a rush and needed a quick takeaway, and they had everything ready right on time. Great spot for a fast, satisfying meal!

So good!! I got the Holiday sandwich and it was excellent and well priced.

online ordering= worst customer service ever. I had ordered directly from the site, the delivery driver dropped the wrong food, so I call for assistance. I tell them wrong food delivered, they tell me to call uber. I said I don’t have a number cause I ordered through your site, they tell me to leave a google review… what?!?
I said “dude, your driver just left can’t you get them to call back?”
Response: DONT CALL ME DUDE!! IM A FEMALE! HOW WOULD YOU LIKE IT IF I CALLED YOU DUDE!
I had to ask for a manger because she would not stop yelling and I hear the worker explaining the dude situation, as if that’s what I’m gonna focus on?!?
Manager: how can I help you?
Me: driver delivered the wrong food
(Same convo about calling uber again)
Manager: well we can give you credit for an order another day or you can place a new order and we’ll refund you this one (again… what?? Why are both options y’all keep the $$ and screw me over?)
Me: can I just get the refund?
Manager: alright, I’ll process that now. *hangs up on me*

Absolutely atrocious customer service. This is the one located at Disney Springs- 1. Dude- which is not an insult- is the nicest thing you’d be called working at Disney. 2. How do you just hang up on someone like that?!? 3. Train your employees better!

I’ve told many people of my experience and they don’t plan on ordering from you guys either. That was so embarrassing for your employee.

Had the Cuban sandwhich! It was made with some type of mayonnaise, not mustard, but it was really tasty!

Very loud in the restaurant the lady couldn't hardly hear us to take our order. Sandwiches were OK. Better at publix

Now that the Tampa locations are gone, I hope this Earl of Sandwich never closes!!!

Delicious food. Had the holiday turkey sandwich and my son had the cannonballs sandwich we both loved them so much we came back days later for the same again. Wonderful service, quick and freshly made. Definitely would recommend coming here.

Yummy sandwiches and wraps

Went here for dinner and ordered the Earl’s Club sandwich and a frozen lemonade. I never used the wait system before so it was a fun experience. Staff were very friendly. The sandwich was very delicious and definitely filled me up. Prices are also affordable and you can choose to eat outside or indoors. I wish there were some locations close to my home ?

We walked in to a pretty empty restaurant and ordered 2 sausage breakfast burritos relatively quickly. However, the wait time was ridiculous. We didn’t get our food for at least 30 minutes. After going up to ask about our order we were told we were 5th in line. It got to the point that other customers (who came long after us) came up to us asking if we were still waiting for our food. I would guess AT LEAST 20 customers received their orders before we did.

We had heard good reviews but the ham and swiss sandwich which was pre-made was extremely disappointing. The ham was plastic, like I understand a lot of 'meat' is like this in the states but it was truly awful. I was expecting more. service was ok but the guy who served me must have had a long day, he could barely talk!
