Our waiter was wonderful and the food was phenomenal! Was way too loud for my husband. I'm going to come back soon! Disney springs is my kind of place to visit for shopping and food!
We had a great time. The food was delicious, service was great, and the ambiance was very fun. Would go back!
Shoutout to Patience, but the venue needs a serious remodelFirst, the good: Our server, Patience, was extraordinarily kind and highly attentive. She brought a wonderful energy to our table. Unfortunately, the venue itself is a complete mess. While the Hollywood theme is a great concept, the place is horribly maintained. On the second and third floors, the carpets look completely original and a heavy, musty smell fills the air. The memorabilia is a total hot mess—much of it is badly faded and outdated. I am honestly surprised Disney allows a venue in this physical condition to operate on their property. Management needs to invest in a major deep-clean and renovation.
We visited on a Saturday night, so we expected it to be busy. Our reservation was for 7:00 PM, but we didn't get seated until around 7:45 PM, which was the biggest downside of our visit. We purposely chose an earlier dinner time so we'd still have plenty of time to explore the park afterward, so the long wait was a little frustrating. That said, after reading other reviews, it seems this is pretty common on busy weekend nights. The atmosphere was loud, energetic, and lively. If you enjoy a high-energy restaurant with music, sing-alongs, and a fun crowd, you'll probably like it here. Just be aware that it can get so loud that it can be difficult to hear your waiter at times. We were a family of five and ordered the World Famous Chicken Crunch, L.A. Lasagna, Penne Chicken & Broccoli, Plain Jane Cheeseburger, a Kids' Cheese Pizza, and drinks. Our total came to $117, which I thought was a good value since a couple of the entrees were large enough to share. We actually ended up with leftovers, which was a nice bonus. The food was delicious overall. My favorite was the Penne Chicken & Broccoli—it was flavorful and ended up being one of the best dishes we ordered. The service was friendly, and despite how crowded the restaurant was, the staff kept a positive attitude. Overall, we had a great experience at Planet Hollywood. The only real negative was the long wait despite having a reservation, but considering it was a busy Saturday night, it was somewhat understandable. If you're planning to visit on a weekend, I'd recommend expecting a delay even if you've reserved a table. Aside from that, the food, entertainment, and overall atmosphere made for a fun family dinner.
All was good but it was very hot not sure if ac wasn't working properly but otherwise it was great .
We had reservations- when we arrived the hostess at front was very friendly and efficient. Moved line along quickly and was seated quickly. Server was very friendly but of course very busy. Rarely came to our table. When food arrived it was wrong, the person who brought our food went to fix it- only half of it arrived back correctly. Food had a good taste but nothing outstanding. The rest of our food never arrived. Server did however take it off of our bill. Waited overall about 45-60 mins for food once ordered. Woman in the gift shop was super friendly and good at making a sale! Overall, it was a decent experience and glad to say we went but probably would pick other places over going there again.
We have waited nearly an hour for the starter which finally arrived cold. Again waiting. The Manager took all of the bill. Very kind. We were waiting for the main course. Burger again nearly cold. We have been here for the 3rd time and the trend is clear. Do not expect hot food
Chuck was amazing. Very friendly, attentive & super quick the drink refills!

Service was quick and efficient, our waiter Chuck was always checking in on us to make sure our drinks were topped up and if we were finished with food, and having the observatory screen was really entertaining whilst eating. Overall I would revisit as it is so friendly and welcoming!
