Love the shrimp and grits but it can get very, very crowded!

I loved this food court. The staff was so friendly and the mango boba tea and milkshakes were great! Pizza was a good value for Disney. 20ish for a large pizza. They were open until 11 which was great to be able to come after the park for a quick bite. Loved all the seating and the TV in the seating area for the kids. Definitely will visit here again.

Food was okay. Salads were somewhat soggy
cheese and grapes tasted strange.
Tables are cleaned quickly. Some servers really seem to love their job others very obviously do not.
Was told one cashier was on her 16th day of working.
It's cute. Nothing too special.
Drinks were good.
Could use some sort of rule board or 'menus' with the instructions on how meal cards and dinning plans work. Was a lot to remember all at once and created some issues.

Took about 30 mins to get a cheese pizza. The mobile order area was full of angry people today.

Nothing special but passable. Cashiers and other employees didn’t crack a smile or even seem happy all week. There’s a lot of room for improvement.

Ok it's Disney. Atmosphere is great. It's Cafe style. Need help, the chef will jump to attention. Choice of foods are fair, definitely not overwhelming.

So we paid $46 for two cups for hot chocolate - but all the hot chocolate machines (according to staff) are broken or turned off - and they don't know when they will be running (maybe at 7am tomorrow was the suggestion - she said it depends on who is working). So get me some hot coco packets and hot water, but wait - what to you expect for only $46 at Disney (try Universal Studies - they've really upped their game - and the new Epic park 'out Disneys' Disney, speaking as a Disney fan )

Chicken strips tastes just like Popeyes. Corn freeze were awesome. Steak burger was awesome I suggest getting it.

Good selections, but very slow and disorganized - half of our food was cold by the time we got to the checkout, after having to through the second station line and waiting a good 10-15 minutes for a kids hamburger.
