Very good meal. A bit overhyped in recent years, but is definitely good and worth a try. Excellent dessert, very close to the legendary bread pudding at Ohana.

I don't normally review restaurants inside theme park hotels. However, this place is not your typical theme park restaurant. Located in side the Caribbean beach resorts. It's quite frankly one of the best all you can eat buffet in all of Disney World. I could not stop myself from eating the Cilantro Lime rice. The staff is so attentive that they will make you blush. When you visit this place, you will agree It's money well spent.

I hope this place stays the hidden gem of the sea... If you like good food and understand terms like "flavor town," then this place is for you. If you don't like it, there may be something wrong with you.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant outside the parks. HOWEVER, at our recent visit we discovered they changed up the sides š®
Bring the broccolini BACK, as well as the tomatoes and peppers. The plantains were good so all good there, but the broccolini was sooooo good. Taking a star away in protest of the menu change ā¹ļø

The reason I am giving a 2 star rating is due our recent experience. We couldnāt wait to go because Sebastianās offers a great rum flight. We ordered our selection and after 10 minutes we still had no drinks but we had our salad and main meal on the table. They literally brought our salad and main meal within one minute of each other. We let the food sit for another 10 minutes before our drinks finally arrives. Like most people I like to at least have a minute or two to enjoy our cocktails before having a table full of food. Needless to say our food was cold.

Sebastian's Bistro is great! My wife and I visited for dinner and were unaware it was a family-style type of experience. I am allergic to garlic (sadly) and my wife can't eat pork or beef. That made it so we couldn't eat a large chunk of the meal (we thought you chose an entree, not that you get served all of the choices at once, we are embarassed haha). Our waiter and the chef made sure we had plenty to eat regardless! They combined all the parts of the regular and vegan options to make sure we had a good spread. Some of the vegan options were kind of odd texturally, but it was all delicious! The bread pudding dessert was our favorite sweet at Disney. So overall, good food and great service! I would highly recommend.

This was an all your could eat family style meal which we weren't expecting. They had two options, a meat dish and a vegetarian dish. We both got the meat dishes. The tamarind sauce was good on everything.

What a hidden gem in the rough. This experience was well worth the visit, with the food and service both being more than expected for this type of resort. The food was prepared and served in family style, and was just what one might expect in a tropical setting. This is not well advertised and should be. The Hake was a favorite of my son and the vegetables were one of mine.

Wonderful place to eat. Mo our server was excellent and chef Oscar and his assistant came out and talked with us for our daughters allergy. Only things we would like to see different is shrimp of some kind on the menu instead of the fish and some kind of potato added. Only 2 people out of our party of eight liked plantains and would have preferred potatoes instead. The atmosphere is excellent and the servers are fantastic! The steak is to die for!

We just ate here tonight and LOVED IT! Our server Lisa was the absolute BEST!
Our allergies were all accommodated so well (the chef came out to make sure!), and the vegan menu is extensive!
It's a prix fixe family style meal with a salad, bread, meats, veggies plantains and rice, and dessert!
The vegan meal paralleled the regular meal and the allergy friendly meal, with the vegan faux meat platter being the absolute best part. As the veg in the group, I never felt like what I was being served was in any way less than what my meat eating companions were getting. The jerk tofu in particular was DELICIOUS! I actually asked for some more of it because it was that good!
Between the amazing service and that tofu, I can't wait to go back to Sebastian's!!!
Vegetarian options: There's a whole parallel vegan prix fixe menu, served family style. Every step of the regular menu has a parallel vegan offering.
I particularly enjoyed the jerk tofu. It was unbelievably delicious! I actually asked them to bring me more (they happily will!) because it was so perfectly prepared.
Dietary restrictions: We had allergies at our table, and the chef came to our table to make sure they were all accommodated!
