Surprisingly good! Family-style caribbean platter made ordering and sharing easy. Kids love the rolls, steak, beans and rice. Pulled pork and fish were solid.

The best food I ate during our one week trip at Disney was from Sebastian's Bistro. I enjoyed all the food, but one thing REALLY stood out and is the reason I'm giving this a 5 star review. If you like steak and you like broccolini, their flank steak paired with the charred broccolini (get some of both in each bite) was literally top 5 things I've ever eaten. It hits on all notes and it will be a must for me the next time we visit Disney. Sides and other meats were very good too, but the steak was my favorite.3 stars for service only because our reservation was seated 30 minutes late, but the food was top notch.

Enjoyed the food and service. AYCE without the higher price for a character dinner. Nestled away from the busy parks for a relaxing and enjoyable time.

One of our favorite places to eat on Disney property. All-you-can eat Caribbean food served family style at your table. You start with a delicious salad and bread with the most delectable spreads, followed by rice and beans, veggies, vegetable curry, and either a selection of meats or plant based meats, depending on your preference. We opt for the plant based options, which includes 4 different “meats”. Our favorites are the grilled tofu and the meatless “crab” cakes. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! The dessert is a delicious warm pineapple cake topped with coconut ice cream and drizzled with warm caramel sauce! This restaurant is located at Caribbean Beach Resort, and is easily accessible via the sky liner.

Sebastian’s Bistro is an all you care to eat restaurant at the Caribbean Beach resort in WDW.The meal is served family style. To begin you are served warm parker house roles with onion jam and guava butter. We really enjoyed both of these, but out of the two, we liked the guava butter better.Next you are given a refreshing salad with candied nuts and mandarin oranges. For sides you will refer grilled broccolini, Caribbean rice, and vegetable stew. Out of these items, our favorite was the roasted broccolini. For the proteins you get sliced steak, mojo pork, roasted chicken and cod with mango sauce. These were all very good. The chicken legs were a tiny bit dry, but the thigh was very tender and moist. The cod could use a little more seasoning, but was still good. The items we enjoyed the most were the steak and the mojo pork, with the pork being our favorite item. Finally for dessert, they serve pineapple coconut bread pudding with vanilla ice cream. This is definitely a great way to end dinner. You can add coconut shrimp and crab cakes for $10 extra, and we would have, but there is already a good amount of food included.Service was very good and for the price, this is one of the best values on Disney property. Is it as good as Ohana? Not quite, but it’s still a very good meal, is a great price and fairly easy to get reservations for. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Dietary restrictions: Chef David was amazing. I have too many different food allergies to eat family style but he made sure I had plenty of dinner options that were similar to what everyone else was having. The food was delicious. He checked back with me throughout the meal to make sure I was enjoying my meal. His knowledge of managing a severe corn allergy was fabulous!Kid-friendliness: My two grandchildren can be picky but the there were kid friendly options. When my 3-year-old grandson balked at the food the server quickly stepped in to offer some even more kid friendly options.

Sebastian's Bistro was a great experience! The food is served family style and is absolutely delicious. Every dish was very flavorful and well prepared. It was such an impressive meal and it really exceeded expectations. The service was also great and we appreciated that we never felt rushed (which can sometimes happen with similar family style menu restaurants). The only small negative was the seating, which was a tad uncomfortable with how your feet rest against the base of the tables.I'd say this is a bit of an underappreciated spot among the Disney World resort restaurants, and would definitely recommend a visit!

The food is gross and I wouldn't go back to visit. I felt like the service was good but the food was very bland.
