I had the pleasure of dining at Shula's Steak House at the Dolphin Resort, and despite having a late reservation, the service was exceptionally attentive. The staff made sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. The food was fantastic, with the Thick Cut Nueske's Bacon appetizer and the decadent Chocolate Soufflé standing out as the stars of the meal. In all my life, I've only hugged 2 servers. Our server at Bourbon Steak, Giuseppe, is one. The food was delicious, the wine he recommended was perfect (and not something I would have ordered on my own!) We had such fun eating and drinking, and the service was attentive but not cloying. Go here!
We've been visiting Shulas 4-6 times per year since 1999. We had our last meal there at their swansong dinner service on June 14, 2025. They will be sorely missed! That being said, very excited for the new steakhouse at their location to be opening sometime later this Summer. Good bye Shulas, you'll be remembered fondly!
