Siestas Cantina

This is the pool bar at the Dig Site in Coronado Springs. This has a laid-back vibe where you can get food and drinks during your pool visit. The service took longer than expected to get our food ready, but it’s mainly due to low demand.

The food itself ranges from decent to actually good. The kids quesadilla is basic, but still works as a meal. I enjoy the new fries they have, though. The flaming hot Mac and Cheese bites tasted weird, but the sauces on top enhanced the flavor exponentially. Overall, not the best food on property, but still works for a good meal.

Impossible to get them on the phone. Actually I less you are in your room it's impossible to get anyone on the phone for help.

Food and drinks were very good. Frozen drinks were pre-made but still tasted pretty good. The food was unique and tasty, the walking nachos with Doritos nacho cheese were a hit with my 8 year old and my 5 year old loved the personal pizzas.

Was pleasantly surprised about the food here. The kids ordered pizza and they devoured it. The boss and I ordered the nachos and they were enough for a lunch time snack for us to share. Worth it if your having a nice pool day ?

This place is great! A Disney poolside cantina with great food options. I had the shrimp tacos, they were fantastic. Maybe a bit heavy on the crema but two giant lovely shrimp in each taco (total of 6 beautiful shrimp). All the ingredients were fresh. They were served with steak fries. The traditional margarita (poured, not frozen) was also really good. The drink prices are expensive but the quality of the margarita was satisfying, a good pour. They also have frozen drinks for people that prefer frozen. I would definitely return to try other options here.

This is a nice Bar and Grill located by the pool in the Dig Site. There is some seating at the bar or you can sit under an umbrella covered table to enjoy your drinks and food. You can order drinks at the bar and there are aseparate pair of windows for ordering food.

The person taking my order hardly said two words to me. I get you may hate your job, but you are working at a place where people spend thousands of dollars to stay.There was no line, I just walked up and ordered. There was one person standing off to the side waiting for their food. I waited thirty minutes for food that didn't need to be cooked. It took thirty minutes to put doritos into a container, throw lettuce, tomatoe, cheese, and sour cream on top, close the container, and serve it.

For the most part this is a pretty typical pool bar. That said, they do have more food options than most Disney World pool bars. This location is the only pool bar on property and close to the main pool area. As a result, this bar is often busy so expect a wait.

Meh. Food service was quick. Bartender took his time chatting with patrons before acknowledging me. Fries were good but nothing special. Shrimp tacos were fine but I wouldn't order again. Plenty of tables with shade umbrellas.

Great frozen drinks but a little pricey

Everything on the Coronado Springs Resort is fairly good, and close in price, unless you go to the restaurant on the water the bridges lead to. All are decent, but alot of the same. Cafeteria to pub food to be honest. I have Included the menu, as these prices are hard to find online.

It's close to the pool and the food offerings include cheeseburgers, etc.However the cocktails are $12.50 and above with low alcohol content. And the service is subpar if you are just getting drinks to go.
