The staff go above and beyond to ensure that customer experience is a top priority. We had a minor technical difficulty on the lanes downstairs and had to go upstairs. A minor inconvenience at best, but we were provided with some free donuts from Everglazed for it. Very nice gesture of hospitality.

We showed up at 11:04 to get a pizza and one gameOf pool table was empty they all wanted to shut down. Used to be open until 1 so let us at least have fun until closing We pressed two pizzas won’t come back since they wanted to go home. My career is 24 7 if you don’t want to be in hospitality management don’t be Carnival cruise lines lines 30 years have to accommodate my customers always wow 30 minutes before closing

While the bowling is pretty expensive, the food and drink offerings are surprisingly good! The sushi appeals more to an American audience (a lot of salmon/cream cheese) and the pina colada is top tier. Recommended as a quick lunch date.

This is a great place with good food and fun for the whole family. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there prices are so high. I get that we are at "Disney" but it's alot. It was over 30.00 a person to bowl for 1 hr and 1/2. The food as well is high the fries I got were 14.00.

Our lane was ready while we were eating on the first floor, our servers didn’t want to help bring our food upstairs even when we settled the check and tipped them before leaving the table. We asked for a bday dessert when we finished our food and maybe it was a miss communication with out new server upstairs, but they brought it as we were starting to eat our food, the ice cream was melting, the bday surprise felt rushed and it just wasn’t it. Bowling was super fun tho!

I won $100 worth of gift certificates on the radio and gave them to my daughter and her best friend to use to celebrate friends birthday.I had an issue with the gift certificates and called and spoke with Jordan.Jordan was professional and went above and beyond!They ordered sushi and wontons.They expected bowling alley food but my daughter said that was the best sushi she's had.She said Jordan was kind to them and went all out to accommodate.Good job Jordan! Thank you 94.5 for the gift certificates. Thank you Heather in marketing for allowing us to use the gift certificates.I def recommend this place.It's pricey but worth it

The good is always good. Alex our bartender was incredibly good. He always remembers us when we come in. They are lucky to have him.
Great dinner with apps!!! Hopping tonight great music….. or server was great too “Venus”…..baja fish tacos came with 2 tacos only though and the rice was kind of hard. Also we couldn’t find the shrimp in the tacos! Not worth $22. But everything else was really good. Barbecue chicken pizza without the chicken cheese Sicilian pizza came with eight slices very filling and very good, One crouching dragon sushi bowl, spicy, but delicious and a ninja crunch with raw salmon delicious! we got the macho nachos without the beef, and the loaded fries without the bacon, and a California crunch roll, those were all very good. Pricey but very good we will be back!!!

Just sat down for a minute while my mom was using the restroom. The nice server was really attentive & asked if I wanted anything.. I ordered a shot & did not love it. Asked Fernando the bartender to remake it & he did great. Happy with my experience

Great experience! Aaron (manager) and staff went above and beyond to take care of my family. They worked really well as a team and were on top of the service. Will come back for sure on next vacation. We ate, drank and bowled. A+
