They have the NEW ICE, it’s the circle K type ice. It watered down my drink in minutes and tasted terrible, ruined my drink, go to the other Starbucks near the balloon they still have real ice.

Best Starbucks experience ever!!! I go to all different Starbucks and have for years but this by far was the most memorable. Kent waited on us and was so friendly and funny we will never forget being at Starbucks in Disney springs!!! The rest of the staff treated us like we were special too making sure our drinks were just right. Great job at this location❤️

I recently went to the StarBucks near the waterfront stage in Disney springs and this short 10 minutes was nothing to make me make a review but the server did! From the moment I walked up to order I was greeted by a friendly smile from Kent, our outstanding server.Kent was so good! Not only did he expertly prepare my favorite Starbucks Coffee just the way I like it but he gave me a new way to add to my drink like “That’s a great choice I like mine with extra strawberries and strawberry syrup!” I was so surprised on how it tasted so much better than usual. He also sprinkled our order with a dash of humor. His short, corny, and funny jokes made me smile with laughter. Definitely come here and get Kent as your server!

Unfortunately I had a less than satisfactory experience. I approached a barista to express my concern about my cappuccino, mentioning that it seemed to be incorrect. Regrettably, the barista briefly described what a cappuccino should be, without taking a closer look at my drink. Trusting her assurance, I later discovered that the cappuccino was quite different from the standard, with a notable lack of milk and an overwhelming coffee flavor. I believe in the quality of Starbucks products and service, and I wanted to bring this to your attention in the hope that it can be addressed.

This Starbucks is located in the Marketplace area of Disney Springs. It's right next to the World of Disney store. Per the usual, I skipped the line and placed my order on the mobile app. The pick-up location was on the left side. It seemed like there was a lot of traffic here, yet, the wait wasn't that long. My order on my most recent visit was for a pistachio cream cold brew. It has become my go-to drink at Starbucks and it was on par with what I have come to expect in quality and taste.
Shout out to the barista Mitch for making our Disney Springs Starbucks run memorable! He was very knowledgeable on the seasonal offerings and very very nice. We left with big smiles on our faces!! Thank you Mitch!

My kids and I were at Disney springs today, we are in town for the #garysenisefoundations #snowballexpress and one of your workers and older gentleman who was wearing a yellow ball cap/white shirt started talking with them and asked what they were in town for and knew what the shirts they were wearing were about and ended up purchasing their drinks for them. My daughter came out and told me and as she did she started crying because of the kindness he had shown and how much it meant that he knew of our family’s loss, so thank you to this man for your gesture, you made my kids see that the whole world hasn’t forgotten that their dads sacrifice meant something and that their are good people everywhere.

Sometimes …. A Starbucks can be over the top - and it’s the baristas that do it - they smile and talk and joke and at 10:55 at night when your exhausted and just need a bump of caffeine to make it back to the hotel - that laugh is extra appreciated. Plus idk if you’ve ever had a warmed brownie from SB - but it’s freaking delicious. (Another Random brownie goodness- chic fila) enjoy!Vegetarian options: Coconut milk and almond milk abound
