Rae is extremely rude. was wearing a striped shirt. I had to get a refund and leave without a drink. Horrible experience, will not be back.

Service was friendly but a bit slow. I wanted a dark roast decaf coffee and was served a medium roast instead as so was told there wasn’t any dark roast. I noticed on the machines that there was actually a decaf dark roast so was not happy. I also didn’t like having to ask for cream instead of having it available at the self serve station. Store is nice to look at.

2018: This location is so busy with walk-in guests that mobile orders are usually ignored... I literally stood there and watched my order slip just sat there on the counter with no one tending to it.
Update 06 November 2024: this location has improved, orders are being processed more efficiently. Staff still managed to screw up orders or fail to follow their own recipes on a routine basis.

Didn't order a drink, ended up leaving as the cashier (Laura/Lauren) was super rude. I'm not one to usually write reviews for one bad employee, but the experience I just had warrants it. The cashier (blonde/blue hair) obviously has better things to do than to be a decent employee. She could barely be bothered to take my order let alone answer one question about a fall coffee flavor. So overall if youre unlucky enough to get her as your cashier make sure you order your drink quickly so she can go back to ignoring you.

I met my husband at this Starbucks in Disney Springs in 2016. It's pretty great if you ask me. We sat on the outdoor patio after meeting each other checking out and getting coffee. We talked for 5 hours, were long distance for 5 years (UK & California) and have now been married for a few years. So, yes. Big fan of this Starbucks!
