Very busy store but we got our drinks in a timely manor.the stuff pumpkin is back and my little one loves The cake pops.We spent about $16.The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure they accompanied us being they didn’t have one of the drinks but was able to substitute it for something close to it.

We love this Starbucks and have made many visits over the years. Most recently (Dec 16), we had an excellent experience as usual. This store has a good location and is large with pretty high volume, plenty of indoor seating, and also additional seating out back overlooking the lake (our favorite).

Service was friendly but a bit slow. I wanted a dark roast decaf coffee and was served a medium roast instead as so was told there wasn’t any dark roast. I noticed on the machines that there was actually a decaf dark roast so was not happy. I also didn’t like having to ask for cream instead of having it available at the self serve station. Store is nice to look at.
