We were here for a week in June 2025. The hotel stay was a real highlight of our weeklong trip to Disney Parks. It is perfectly situated for easy access to all of the Disney properties, including Disney Springs. What’s more, every member of the resort staff was amazing — of special note were the pool and lobby bar and restaurant staff. Awesome hotel with close proximity to the walks. Epcot and Hollywood studios were a quick walk. You get the benefits of the deluxe Disney hotels like early entry and extended hours along with the Disney transportation. Highly recommend.
This hotels Accounting Department has a major problem in responding to accounting/billing inquiries opened, when an identity theft and fraudulent use of credit card occurs. On October 6th of 2023 a inquiry was open in regards to an identity theft and fraudulent use of credit card, the system replied that accounting would reply within 2 business days. It is November 17th, 2023 and still have not heard back from accounting department after multiple attempts to get their attention....
