“Xapa gives a Mom and Pop with an upgrade flow. It is locally owned and operated but not a franchise. They offer a plethora of both hot and cold drinks along with an assortment of pastries. They are priced reasonably, especially considering how expensive items can be for a consumer. I always get a hot Americano and my wife orderscappuccino. Just be aware that they will give you your money's worth as they fill every cup to the top. This is to keep in mind so you dont accidentally spill your drink. They close around 5PM or 4:30, so be sure that you get there in enough time before closing to order. The staff is mostly family members, and this means they all take a sense of pride in serving and working there.“

“This place has amazing food And great options. I ordered the loaded potato with chicken bacon and ranch as well as the acai bowl. I didn't want ranch dressing on my potato. So they used a delicious balsamic dressing instead. Great atmosphere with games that any family would want to play. Clean bathroom and fast service. The only 2 issues that I have are: 1) portion size 2) pricing. I get it! There has to be a profit. But I spent $25 for a POTATO with toppings and a smoothie bowl. I think that is way overpriced! 1) see pic for acai bowl. Just fill it to the rim and semi- freeze it. For $12 I want a full bowl of fruity goodness. It was only half full with acai smoothie. Not cool. The potato was slightly undercooked but pretty good. My suggestion is: cut more slits in potato to get more food into it and add some cheap sides like apple sauce, a side salad, bag of chips, side of fruit or something else to round out the meal and make someone feel they should spend over $12 on a potato. It was more of a "topped" potato than loaded. But, overall, 4 stars! Let's help support this place and keep it open! Great menu, just overpriced by 3 to 4 bucks across the board. I'll be back. But, I would love to see some specials or discounts. I couldn't afford to bring my family with kids here to eat. But if we see bigger portions, shareable, or just better pricing we will refer everyone we know to this place! A hidden gem!Kid-friendliness: Didn't see kid's menu or options. Definitely wouldn't pay for an adult entree for my kids.“

Nature's Own Bakery Outlet Bakery • $
342 NW Main Blvd, Lake City

“OK so this is exactly what it says it is, a bakery outlet. They do sell things like chips, crackers, random cereals and light snacks like peanut brittle bars But mainly it spreads, donuts, and cheeks. All chef products. Although I am not a regular I do come here when I'm nearby. I can tell that some people are regulars but I've seen some stop by if they are having schedule parties or events. If you're wondering why it is because the bread is super cheap. That's because it's overflow from the store or the bakery and they send it here to sell it at a lower price. I mean Dave's killer bread for five bucks in the store $2.50- three dollars here. In any case as I said it's overflow so it's close to the sell by date. Which again I will say that after speaking with a few shoppers, a lot of them come if they own restaurants because they know they're going to sell the bread, usually the same night or within two or three days. Or if they're having parties because obviously you can save a lot of money buying 10 or 11 packs of hamburger and hot dog buns each. I've even seen corporate event planners in here. The staff members at this location are always friendly, and I was told that there's another location further down in Miami. As for me me I got bread and put bagels in the freezer. I'll leave one pack out to eat and finish during the week and I'll have bagels in the freezer to pop them out in the morning for toasting. That's how I keep them and they stay fresh. Great deal good people.“

Auntie Anne's Pretzel Store • $
2767 W US Hwy 90, Lake City

“Every single time I have had Auntie Anne's it has been absolutely delicious. Today I had the cinnamon pretzel. The pretzel itself is big enough to share, which I did. As always, it did not disappoint. The pretzels are soft and loaded with cinnamon sugar. The only warning I'll give is besides being addictive, they are messy. But who really cares about that. I'll definitely be back. My daughter loves the pretzels as well.“
