Last week I was scheduled to pickup a turkey cake from baskin Robbin’s at 3 pm the day before thanksgiving. We had ordered/ paid for cake 10 days in advance. We had family visiting from Georgia and California (full house) I show up right at 3 pm and the cake is not there, the employees had no clue where it was. Somehow my order never made it to the Gainesville location that makes the custom cakes for lake city. The staff there was amazing, and they apologized a million times...

They were out of almost everything. No hot fudge, out of bowls, out of chocolate, out of the brownies, and who knows what else. I don't mean to complain too much, but this place is all about ice cream. A sign on the door would be nice since we waited in a line to get it and didn't know it was out. Overall, the ice cream is good. They dyed the cones green for St. Patrick's day, which was pretty cute. The staff was friendly and the store was Clean.

The girl who served us was very friendly and accommodating. They had all of the flavors they offered at this location, and were only temporarily out of waffle cones at the time of our visit.
