Food was ok. Service was insanely bad. There's zero customer service. The cashier had a shitty attitude and didn't make eye contact, acknowledge us, thank us, or anything. We didn't even get offered our receipt. Three employees were screaming and cussing in the kitchen the entire time we were in there as the alleged manager just laughed and ignored the entire ordeal. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. We probably won't be back to this location with employees behaving like trash.

I visited the Burger King on Main Blvd. In Lakecity Florida. It was the worst visit I’ve ever had there. The food was disgusting. I ordered French toast sticks. They were no good, but they served them to the customers anyway when I was when I went back to talk to a manager I talked to one of the young girls that was out front. I asked her how come the GM Holly would not come and address the situation. Since that was her store. When she came out to talk to me, she was very aggressive. She was very rude.. When I asked her for the corporate number because the service was lousy. She proceeded to tell me that there was no corporate number. And there was no one for me to get in contact with. so I asked for a refund and then I left I will never ever eat at the Burger King in Lake City Florida on Main Boulevard ever again and I will let everyone know the service that I received from that Burger King and from Miss Holly I asked Holly for her last name she told me it was none of my business and I didn’t need her last name.

Big Time, Impossible Whopper fans! Usually get an extra patty, for T the Boston Terrier. Now, that we know… we get bags of ice, at the drive-thru! That’s super-convenient, saving us from another stop and having to go inside a store 🩵 Friendly Service at BK, food that suits vegetarian/vegan diets, and the newly discovered source for an easier way to grab a bag of ice!

Had to wait several minutes to have someone take our order. Lady taking orders at drive thru finally gave us an irrated i will be right with you. The whole time this person approached us begging for food. When we finally got our order taken that person was finally asked to leave. We ordered a cone and mine had a big hole in center so my ice cream fell off the cone. So much for getting a Sunday treat.
Do not waste your time using your rewards points at this Burger King because as soon as your reward points are validated on your your system they erase it from theirs and you're not able to get your points or your food

This the sorriest one I been to yet. First it's not time to serve what you want yet. Then you can wait forever watching the staff laugh and joke while you starve. And it takes so long you could a ordered what you want. And finally it cliqs. Wtf you waiting for they don't care and your hungry.
