Awesome BBQ, Awesome people!! Pork sandwich got some heft to it!! 😝
Loved it! Wonderfully sweet people run this food truck. Ribs and pulled pork were tender, juicy and delicious. Mango punch, yummmm and we've never even heard of Peach Crush.
We had the opportunity to try the ribs and the pulled pork egg roll at the Ribs on the Ridge event at Lake Eva park. We arrived late on the last day so we didn’t get their best results but we did enjoy the ribs. They were long thin and meaty. I felt the barbecue sauce was a let down though. The pulled pork egg roll was amazing!! A definite item to try.
