Service was sad. Needs replacement. Food was dry, burnt, to moist fell apart. Sausage was completely burnt black, tough. Not chewable. Seasoned potatoes were dry hard. Coffee was ok.Employees need an attitude adjustment. Especially the young ones at drive thru. Employees can make the company or break it. I've always liked Wendy's but it needs improvement.
Person at the drive thru this morning was just angry lol. They're usually out of something every time I visit. And if you dine in, you usually get harassed by a homeless or crazy person.

I asked to have my fries cooked well. Didn't think she paid attention, most fast food places don't. Imagine my surprise when my fries were well done. Kudos Wendy's. Was pleasantly surprised.
