I'm in from out of town and just stopped by for a quick snack. The incredible amount of customer service displayed by Ms. Ashanta, the store manager, was so heart-warming. In a world where people seem like it's a pain for them to be friendly, it was an extreme joy to interact with a person like Ms. Ashanta. Whenever I'm around this part of Florida and am craving a burgerking burger, I'll definitely be stopping by to visit Ms. Ashanta! Thanks again! 🙂
The manager Micheal took our order from the drive-thru. He was so pleasant and professional. My cousin took a long time to order, as if she hadn't been eaten at Burger King before. Micheal was so patient with her. He made sure our food was hot and fresh
Very clean and staff was super friendly and polite. They did mess up our order just a little (it was supposed to be to-go and came on a tray, and my burger had cheese that I said no to, but nothing too egregious.) The burgers we're a little extra smooshed from sitting, but they tasted fine.Over all, a good stop for lunch and a bathroom break.
