One last dinner in Lake City tonight and we scored with a trip to Cedar River Seafood. Seated immediately, server was prompt (Nicole) and super nice. Being an Ozark hillbilly by birth, of course I had to have the frog leg platter. Was not disappointed, plentiful, fat and moist, absolutely tasty with collards and beans on the side. Not an influencer, so the pic is the real deal. My wife had the scallops and was delighted as well.

Stopped here driving Nirth to Atlanta from Tampa. Herbert was our server and a real joy to have as our server. Knowledgeable friendly and responsive. Made our trip worthwhile! We had grilled salmon grouper and assorted seafood platter combo. Most of time we don’t eat fried food but this combo platter was really good. It is huge and serve 6 people! Thank you Herbert!

Ms. Erica was a wonderful waitress at lunch on Thursday September 12, 2024 when driving back to our other home in Perry (Taylor county) we had mentioned that we wished to have a real seafood restaurant like cedar river seafood. There is no...I say no really great seafood restaurant with awesome possum service there. Please consider to have a restaurant like cedar river in Perry or Keaton Beach where we live.
