We had an unfortunate incident where my son got sick at Chick-fil-A, but the staff was amazing. They quickly cleaned up and were so kind throughout the whole situation. I believe the director (I forgot her name) was especially wonderful—she even offered us free food, which was incredibly thoughtful. Their kindness made a tough moment much easier.
