The food id amazing but they are hardly ever open. Dont get hopes up. Hard to plan a lunch when every week is different schedule. If you do see them open, hurry, they sell out fast.

Sweet little "place". Basically a trailer with pit a few yards away. A couple picnic tables. Nice ladies taking and filling orders. Hot sauce has enough kick to just deserve the title. Pulled pork is lean and cooked enough to be tender but still has a little "chew" left--a good thing in my mind.

Pulled pork was good. The sauce was grate. Ribs was tuff . Cash only open Thursdays from 11:30am till they run out. Best in lake city fl so far.

Drove clear in off the interstate to try and find some decent barbecue yesterday It was closed at 5:20 in the evening... stopped in today. They closed because THEY SOLD OUT!!! and I can see why. EXCELLENT SAUCE (grandmommas recipe) meaty ribs, and fantastic flavor on the pork
