I am a regular customer at Lake City Domino's Pizza. My pizzas are always hot, fresh, and delicious. The service by the employees is outstanding--friendly, timely, and professional.
I like there pizzas especially when on sale. But very disappointed in the New York Style Pizza, it's nothing like real NY Style Pizza, it was not cooked as advertised, the crust was over cooked and you could not fold it to eat it. I was very disappointed when I got it home . The cooks needed more training on how to cook NY Style Pizzas.
I DO NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE!! I ordered 2 med.pizza 3 toppings each, hwy 90 lake city fl specifically ask for extra sauce looked and trusted it was there, nope no sauce!! didn't even notice how hard and crunchy the pepperoni was!!!! we live bout 25 miles from there, could not return it at that time!

Domino's Pizza offers great food and exceptional customer service. The ordering process is smooth, and the staff is helpful. The pizzas, including the 6.99 carryout special New York Style pepperoni and pineapple, are ready on time and hot. However, some customers have been disappointed with the New York Style pizza, finding it does not meet their expectations. The crust is often overcooked, making it difficult to fold and eat.
