“Oh buddy, let me tell you. I went here to get some coffee the other day, and this guy named Andrew was working behind the counter. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical about his coffee making skills at first, but then I took that first sip. After that first sip, there was no going back, I was completely hooked. Honestly, Andrew made me the best coffee I've ever tasted, and he made it quick with the best quality you can hope for. I didn't even know that coffee could be this good. It was so good, in fact, that it completely changed my life. I don't think I'll ever look at coffee the same way again. I wish everyone in the world could experience this coffee that Andrew made so that they could understand how bad their coffee is in comparison. I'm telling you, man, I really just couldn't even believe how good this coffee was! This guy has probably made thousands of coffees to get it that good!“

“Last week I was scheduled to pickup a turkey cake from baskin Robbin’s at 3 pm the day before thanksgiving. We had ordered/ paid for cake 10 days in advance. We had family visiting from Georgia and California (full house) I show up right at 3 pm and the cake is not there, the employees had no clue where it was. Somehow my order never made it to the Gainesville location that makes the custom cakes for lake city. The staff there was amazing, and they apologized a million times for the inconvenience. I also apologized that I couldn’t just let the cake go ( I understand because I’m human and it happens) but I had promised my kids/ the visiting kids that I would have said turkey cake for thanksgiving. The manager there Krystal made it happen she personally made the cake for us that same day and had it ready for pick up at 8 am thanksgiving morning!!!!!! Our kids were beyond excited and everyone loved the cake!!! Thank you for doing something you didn’t have too!“
“The service was fabulous as always, and the regular donuts were as delicious as expected! I’m a big fan.I really wanted to post this privately because I really like this place and I suspect there are new employees in training.I don’t live in the area so am present once a year… but had opportunity to be in the area and took a companion with me. Every thing was great as usual except the “ filled donuts “.They weren’t “filled”, they were “injected “. And, I was told, the crème filling “would have been better if Jello pudding had been used” because it “clearly came out of an industrial can”.I’ll be back, but really thought you guys might need to know this.“
