Loved it! Wonderfully sweet people run this food truck. Ribs and pulled pork were tender, juicy and delicious. Mango punch, yummmm and we've never even heard of Peach Crush.

We had the opportunity to try the ribs and the pulled pork egg roll at the Ribs on the Ridge event at Lake Eva park. We arrived late on the last day so we didn’t get their best results but we did enjoy the ribs. They were long thin and meaty. I felt the barbecue sauce was a let down though. The pulled pork egg roll was amazing!! A definite item to try. Ed gave my husband one of his best first place prize winning ribs that won the competition and he explained that the competition...

Over the years, I have passed by here and said that one day, I will stop. I stopped today and now regret everytime I did not stop. Absolutely delicious food and very nice people. These ribs are amazing.
