Food here is always great. Service is friendly. My only complaint is every time I come which is between 9:45-10am the soups nor dippers never ready. If this location opens at 6am and lunch options are available… why would the soups and dippers not be ready 3 hrs after opening?

The food is good! The front desk girl, who had two braids dyed red and was taking item from the bakery, took over ten minutes to even appear at the front register, walked up and was on her phone at the front, never spoke to us or the other guests at all, when I made eye contact she kind of glared at me, put some bakery items in a bag and left again. There is zero chance management would allow her to continue on with the ‘customer service’ she displayed. Totally out of character for a Panera Bread.

We Had A little Mix Up With Our Order And Didn’t Notice Until We Got Home But We Called And Spoke With The Manager On Shift (Darlene)…..She Was So Helpful, She Even Offered To Bring Our Food To Our Home!… But We Chose To Go Back To The Store, When We Returned To The Store, Darlene Had All Our Food Ready And Waiting!… We Really Thank AND Appreciate Her Readiness To Help And to Go Over The Top To Make Sure Our Order Was Right!!, Thank You Again (Darlene)
