We needed this! We were all tired and hungry. I won't go into a long review - it's Panera. Good soups, tasty sandwiches and the morning pastries are always there tempting you!!

I eat at Panera bread locations all over Florida and this location was not good. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese on chibatta. The bread was barely cooked, minimal bacon, and minimal cheese that was melted. The worst sandwich I have ever had at Panera bread locations.

I actually ordered through DoorDash I ordered sandwich and salad. Basically got a half of a sandwich for 15.00 The Caesar salad was lettuce, croutons, and dressing. The lettuce was very old and brown so I don’t think it’s safe to eat.

I always stop at the Lake City Panera as it’s half way to my son’s in Tallahassee. The staff are always very friendly.

My wife and I ordered a sandwich and soup combo. As I took a bite from the sandwich I felt something sharp. It was a metal shard approximately an inch in length. When I brought it up to The manager, she refused to change the meal, stating that she doubted the shard was in the food to begin with. I ended up having a partialrefund. The manager did not apologize. Dressed in a T shirt with out ID. She refused to give her name. My wife found out later that her name is Jumesha White.

The place it’s a mess, it’s not clean, cold coffe drinks are really bad an not cold, but the worst it the bread, please cross the street, buy in Walmart and you save money.
