Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered online, came inside to pick up my food. Flies!!! EVERYWHERE!!! Im not eating this crap. Don't do it!

Flies all around, the ceiling has leaks and looks moldy for water damage.

Walked into the store. Nobody said hello. Acknowledged me one person was cleaning another girl with a headset outside talking to her friends in the parking lot. After several minutes, the gentleman asked me my name on the order. After about 10 minutes of waiting. He finally told me. They started cooking the food and it would be about another 10 minutes. Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, this is not the first time at this place.

Last time I was there, I was trying to have a peaceful dinner with my Mom who was not in good shape later on she passed away, A guy that works there started picking on how I was dressed he kept on like a broken record even tho I told him I am a Christian I don't fight, And little does he know I am a preacher to I was then and I still am, How big does he look trying to pick a fight with a preacher? Very rude people...I will never go back...very pushy

Horrible. Cold nasty food. Shorted us fries.
UPDATE... I decided to try again to get a decent meal at this location...well that didn't work out. The food was cold, i mean extremely cold. I'm sure they would fail safe food handling checks with a thermometer. Hey, we're out of fries, so they substituted macaroni and cheese, and I asked them to please put a fork in the bag. They couldn't even do that right. I get miles away and find there's no way to eat. The macaroni and cheese, so I have half a half to sort of fold up the lid.And use it to scoop the macaroni into my mouth. I will say the biscuit was the best item that I got. But this was only because the rest of the food absolutely was horrid. The workers inside were rude and spoke some kind of dialect that I was unused to and when I couldn't understand, then they slowed down their speech and talked what I would classify as american. I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt and that's why I wanted to give them another try. But considering this place, do yourself a favor and drive right on by.

Restaurant ditty inside. After waiting over 20 minutes order was wrong. I repeated my order at least 3 times. Repeated it again when it was ready. Wrong wrong wrong. When I got home with it it was not right No one answered when I tried to call up there. DM was there and she was as bad as the regular workers. Ceiling was leaking in several areas but she was counting light bulbs asking people
to sush so she could evesdrop on workers at the counter. The lid holder attached to the soda machine was rusted and dirty

My chicken Sammy was under cooked the but the services was great

Everybody in there just slow as hell and unprofessional. Y’all need to find actual jobs that y’all like and stop half assing and taking it out on customers

I would have given it a 1 star bur I go for the entertainment staff overwhelmed probably poorly paid but they make me laugh maybe the owner should put some money into that business and things would correct themselves or sell that franchise just saying

Very unprofessional and consistently poor service.

We had another extremely unpleasant experience at this Popeyes. At 5:46 PM, employees told us we were not allowed to enter the store because “only drive-thru was open,” even though the restaurant does not close until 11 PM.

They were rude from the start and offered no explanation or apology. When we were told they were out of chicken tenders, they insisted we cancel our order entirely, without offering any food substitutions or even the drink that was already included in the order.

This is not an isolated incident. We keep giving this location chances, and each time we’re met with the same lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and unwillingness to help. If you value respectful service and transparency, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location.
