We stopped here on our way to Florida. It was a couple minutes off the road but the drive through was very quick. Our order was accurate and the employee at the window was happy and helpful. Definitely a great spot to stop if you missed the Starbucks in Valdosta.

I'm a regular here. The line can be extremely long but, the time is usually a short wait. Today was tye first day that I've ever had an issue. My order was placed by a very nice gentleman, when we received the order there was a bug in the whip cream on my drink. When I handed the order back she scraped the whipped cream off and added more. I explained that I'd prefer a new drink being that I didn't know exactly where it may have come from and it was made hastily but, the body language changed while serving me. Never the less, everything was good. This does change my views on what is done when we don't catch these things ourselves.
Never had any issues here. Associates always get my order correct and with a positive attitude when driving around to pick up the window.

Went in to get a grande dark roast. Waited after I ordered to get a black coffee, which is fine, usually the cashier just pours it. After waiting guy goes to pour my dark roast gets the little that’s left in the urn and continues to fill my cup with pikes place and calls my name. I ask him about it and he says yeah we ran out so I just mixed them like that’s a totally normal thing to do. I asked him if he could just fill it up with just pikes and he couldn’t understand why I would ask that. Needless to say I just left irritated with my part dark roast part medium roast $4 black coffee. Dude didn’t ask, didn’t apologize, just did here have your ‘coke and dr Pepper’ mixed drink cause we ran out of ‘dr. Pepper’ and didn’t think you would notice. Customer service is dead.

My husband & I each ordered a Flat White. What we got was full cup of steamed milk with a touch of coffee. WORST Flat White I've ever had!! That Ristretto pull is very distinctive and flavorful. This was just awful! ?
